I was at this location this morning Nov.14th to obtain a birth certificate. The security officer greets you as enter the front door she was very courteous and professional and extremely helpful. The staff there was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable to assist me with what I needed. This location was clean and the service was fast.

This is location is probably best locations to get your vital records. The location was clean, the staff
were professional and kind and the wait time was no longer than 10 minutes. If you are looking for your records, this is the place to go.

Super fast to get a copy of birth certificate. I went in a Tuesday at 8:28 and was out by 8:53. Clean waiting area too.

I just visited this place and no lines the staff is great 😊 Victoria was my helper very nice sweet and preetty I may say but she was very helpful, courteous and professional in helping me. I will recommend this place.

Wow just wow I was there this morning 7/27/2023 I walked in to the office 8:00 AM and I walked out After 10 minutes with my birth certificate. The stuff was so nice all of them thank you.

Very friendly staff. No hassle, in and out in 11 minutes. Very quick service. Sometimes it’s busy and sometimes very few people.

Excellent service even though we came in at 4:29pm (they close at 4:30pm), we weren't rushed, everyone was cordial, the Guard was helpful and we got in and out within 10 minutes!

Guardian proposed to check my application form as I entered, everything was Ok.
Hospital made a misprint in fathers name on birth record. Lady (the worker) filled in herself all correction documents and explained in details how and where to send them. Very quick and helpful.

This was amazing. From the guard who instructed us to the lady who helped out!!! Was in and out in 15 min with two original birth certificates!!! Worth the drive
