I usually don't write reviews. However Carlos and the team at Water Yacht Solutions went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I had a 2012 Dometic marine AC unit that stopped working. I bought a new model from Carlos that replaced my old model. However upon installation it wouldn't cool. Carlos spent time on the phone with me to diagnose. He then sent me another new unit to try. That also would not cool. He then sent me a third unit that is a different older model which works great! Seems like there was an incompatibly issue with the newest model and my pumping system. Carlos and team were amazing. They never gave up. Highly recommended

Carlos and Nelson in the sales department are some of the nicest, most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Both Nelson and Carlos went out of their way to diagnose my boat's A/C issues over the phone. Carlos went as far as facetiming me to see what was going on and help me figure out the right solution. Trust these guys to help you even if you're not located in FL as I am in MD and the over-the-phone service was as close to them being there as we could make it. Highly recommend!!!!

Earlier this year, I had a chill box stop working on a boat I captain. They had somebody out within a couple days who replaced a faulty thermostat and unit has been working great since. Fast forward to yesterday where I was in desperate need of a special fresh water pump not in stock anywhere in South Florida. At 2:02p.m. on a Friday, a certain online vendor told me told me they had ONE in a warehouse in New Jersey but I missed the cut off by 2 minutes for overnight Saturday delivery. A Google search of the part number showed it on Water Yacht's web page. I figured they didn't actually have in stock (it's a weird pump) but it was worth a phone call since I am also in Miami. As it turns out, they also showed ONE in a warehouse in New Jersey just as the other vendor I'd previously contacted. So basically there was only one of these pumps on the entire east coast lol. I explained my situation and after a brief hold Carlos told me he could get the Saturday delivery done. The pump arrived in Miami 9:00 a.m. Saturday after ordering on 3:00 p.m. the day before. We have been used Water Yacht Solutions for over 6 years now. We had our A/C unit replaced almost three years ago. We also have a maintenance contract with them. Technicians always arrive on-time, perform a complete required service on the system and, also provide recommendations for system enhancement. We’re very pleased with their products, service and workmanship. Sales representatives as well as the technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. Prices are unbeatable. The owner, Nelson has a great personality plus knows his work. We give the highest marks available. Highly recommend this company.

Great customer service! They repaired my acs in my bertram 41 in a couple of hours when everyone else told me it would take 2 days. They even serviced and descaled the system. They know all these systems inside out and give you recommendations to avoid issues. Highly recommended!

This place is a scam folks. Took three agencies to fight for us to get our money back. Send you used AC systems and you returned back they pull a 25 percent restocking fee out blue. Look at pictures we installed AC system that failed on start up. These scammers would repackage equipment and resell. If fittings are new unit and freezers over, equipment can leak and fail and never get life.. beware buying from this scammer

I called to repair an ac unit and they charged me $370 just to put freon and replace a valve. After 5 hrs the ac stopped working properly (low pressure). I called them back and they told me that I had to buy a new unit. They never checked if there was a leak.
Thank God I found another authorized dealer that came and found the leak. Since then the AC is working perfect.
For this reason I do not recommend this people. They wanted to convince me that the boat needed a new unit instead of looking for the problem...... it was just a leak that was repaired by a real technician in less than 1 hour.
I don’t like to write bad reviews, but I think it is fair that other boat owners know about my experience.

I ordered an item nine days ago. I never received a tracking number and I’ve called twice and emailed and have never heard back.
