Gentle Pet Crossing - Aquamation/Euthanasia Services

I am blown away by the compassion offered here. The staff is incredibly warm and helpful during such a hard and difficult time! I was so scared picking up the ashes of my little Smokey Kitty and not having her with me in this world anymore... but the calmness I felt when I walked in was so nice. Interestingly enough the song "being with you" by Smokey Robinson randomly came on right as I got back in the car reaffirming that her spirit is still with me, along with a secondary affirmation from my fortune cookie at dinner tonight. They truly are still with us!!! Thank you for helping me have peace with this incredibly hard part of the journey, I cannot recommend Gentle Pet Crossing enough.

They came to our home and were amazing. Explained step by step what was going to happen when they gave our dog the meds. They gave use time to fully say goodbye. Gentle pet crossing was very sympathetic and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone.

Can’t express enough how kind and empathetic the team at Gentle Pet Crossing was during one of the hardest times of my life. I’m very grateful. Doctor Rachel was wonderful, gentle and sweet. Jessica helped me and was so thoughtful with everything when it came to making very very tough decisions. The Lake Worth location is a beautiful space to have closure where you can write a note to your pet and light a candle should you choose to do so. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you.

Dr. Gersten was wonderful. We scheduled with the sanctuary in Lake Worth and Jacque knew we were playing things day by day. She checked in with us over the weekend and when I reached out on Sunday telling her our boy was ready. They made accommodations within hours and the entire staff was very compassionate. The loss of a furbaby is the hardest and the staff made one of our worst days a little better. Thanks for everything

We had to say good bye to our 14 year old fur baby Lucie on August 16, 2023 and I had learned about Gentle Pet Crossing at an event held by one of the specialty hospitals so we reached out to them and spoke with Jacque the night of her passing. Jacque was so compassionate and gentle and kind on one of our darkest moments. She Assisted my daughter and I through the process in such a kind manner. You can tell they really care about the fur babies and their families here. They picked up our little Lucie and took such wonderful care of her and had her ready to return home in just a few days. I went to pick her up and didn't realize that after for was by appointment only so I called to set up a pickup time and Jacque said no need to just sit tight for a few minutes and she would be right there and let me get her. They go above and beyond to accomodate the loved one and families. I would definitely recommend Gentle Pet Crossing in a heartbeat and the costs were very reasonable. We will always have Gentle Pet Crossing help us. So compassionate and empathetic.

Thank you Gentle Pet Crossing for everything you have done for us and our Bear. From the time Aston walked in to your beautiful peaceful sanctuary, his eyes lit up and I could tell he felt at ease. The team was very caring & compassionate and we are thankful to you during the most difficult time of our lives. I had ordered a custom Urn which is so beautiful and they were even kind enough to add a Paw Print to my package. We also recieved a Certificate of Aquamation with a very caring note. Upon picking up the Urn we were able to spend sometime in the sanctuary to light candles and write a note to our Bear for the prayer box. We appreciate your service. Until we meet our Bear again...

She was very special to us and your company helped tremendously to make the transition from the animal hospital to your facility at an hour that was very late and not much was opened when we had to make the decision to put pepper down. They provided the most amazing,gentle and compassionate end of life for our beloved golden retriever Scout. Everyone was so kind and respectful. We couldn’t have asked for anything better to send our fur baby over the rainbow bridge 🐾❤

They were nothing but amazing throughout this difficult process we went through with our dog. Our dog loved playing with water and we are environmental conscious, so when we found out about aquamarion and in-home euthanasia, we knew this was the option. The cost of both services were the same as traditional options.
When I picked up the urn at their location, they gave me some time to light candles, write a note, an opportunity to have a closure.
The whole process went seamless and was filled with compassion and care. I am sharing about this place with all my friends who have pets.

On March 27 our beloved Pug Leo, pass away. Leo was 17 he came to our family when he was 7 weeks. Today i want to Thanks Juanique and Jacqueline very much for your help in this most difficult time, as soon as I called Gentle Pet Crossing they give me a peace of mind, Juanique came to our house and she treated us with compassion and kindness, We also want to thanks Jessica, for all the help when I pick up Leo ashes. On behalf of our family we wish to thank you all for your professional services during our difficult time. We appreciate your kind and thoughtful service.

From the moment I contacted Gentle Pet Crossing, I felt a sense of comfort. Throughout the preparation process from scheduling the Vet to assuring I have memorable last photos of my pug, their caring professionalism handled it all. As the day approached, they followed up as promised. As my dog and I were greeted with refreshments for us both, we got set up in their living wall and live plant decorated sanctuary. Alongside fulfilling a pure, care-free goodbye to my forever best friend, I have the sweetest memories of his final day 🧡

Highly recommend. They were so kind and thoughtful. I was so beside myself when I lost my baby Gizmo. It happened on a Sunday and a lot of places are closed that do cremation.
Gentle Pet Crossing made sure someone was at the shop to meet me, they even cut a piece of his hair and put it in a glass jar for me.
The poem was very much needed during this difficult time. So glad I chose them.

I cannot express how good Gentle Pet Crossing is! The whole team --- Dr. Rachel, Jaunique, and Jacky were all incredibly compassionate. Each went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up, went smoothly, and that I was as comfortable as possible during this difficult time. I grew up with my little boy, and it was really tough to make the decision to let him go. My family and I were able to see him off on his next journey in the comfort of our own home, and it felt much more personal and intimate. I also just want to add: my pup got very bad, very quickly. Within a day of deteriorating, he was unresponsive to everything. Gentle Pet Crossing was able to respond in the evening of the same day. I also really appreciate this, because it meant my pup did not have to suffer.

After that, it was about a week before everything was ready for me. They were even nice enough to deliver everything to my house. At every step in the process, they all did everything they could to go the extra mile. It meant a lot, and I just want to give a big shout to everyone at Gentle Pet Crossing!! The little memorial pieces they give you are incredibly thoughtful and well-done also. Highly recommend!

Bamboo left us on November 28th, 2020. The vet who helped bamboo cross the rainbow bridge recommended Gentle Pet Crossing for cremation. I was told they could also have his ashes scattered out in the ocean, and so that's what they did. They kept me updated and the day his ashes were scattered they called me.
On May 24th, 2023, my Lilly crossed the bridge. We are currently living in Mexico, so she was cremated here. I contacted Gentle Pet Crossing and asked if I could bring her ashes to be scattered where Bamboo's are. They said yes, and we took her there in August. Today, they contacted me to let me know they were scattering her ashes. Such compassionate people and they do care about how you feel.

Gentle Pet Crossing made one of the most heart wrenching times, absolutely beautiful.
I felt I gave my dear sweet Dachshund Busta a perfect, loving gentle, painless goodbye .Busta was not the brightest in the dog world , but he was definitely the sweetest, must loving guy for 16 years of his life with our family.
At the he was deaf and had arthritis so his last years was not easy for him. No more climbing up the bed to snuggle, he didn’t like to be touched much. I started already know time was getting close. I promised myself I would never take him to a cold, scary painful vet again. This was not his peaceful place.

When his body started to give out, I knew it was time.
I called Gentle Pet Crossing- no referral I was desperate. From the time I starting talking to GPC filled with panic and sadness in my voice, the owners could not have been more patient and caring. I called them all hours of the day.
The vet provided a service at our house that was profoundly touching, gentle and Busta was at ease and at peace.
I highly recommend this company with huge accolades. When it is time to part with your pet child this is the ONLY and the best choice for you and your pet.
