24/7 Food Mart

Open 24/7 which is a huge help! Very clean and well run store. The employees are helpful and has plenty of groceries to choose from. I personally go here for the Jamaican patties!

The night guy is gone and the new night gentleman is very polite. He is courteous and understanding.

The parking lot is sketchy but the store is always there for you

I went to buy an item and the cashier there tried to charge me an extra dollar. $1 is not a big deal to me but when you try to sneak it in the purchase that’s sketchy and bad business. The clerk tried to tell me that it was “tax” but unless tax is %14. I wouldn’t want someone else to get gotten by this so I put my experience here.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I went to buy 2 Pepsi products. The sign on the refrigerator door clearly stated 2/$3.75. When I go to check out the guy keeps ringing up items, which once out of the store and counted I saw I was charged for 2 more items than I actually had in my bag, and I stated that the drinks were 2/$3.75 and not $2.34/each. He ignores me. I mention it again, and asked him to take $1 off my total, ignored again. He hands me my change and I asked, again, for him to make the price of the Pepsi right and to give me the $1 while his drawer was open. He then proceeded to roll his eyes. Calls the owner. Owner will not make the price right. I then go to return the Pepsi because now it’s just about principal and he refuses. So I asked if I could go ahead and grab another one so that the price is evened out and proceeded to do and, he just stares at me and then locked me in the store. Finally after a line or customers are waiting to get out..he comes and yanks my drink out of my arms. Obviously this guy cannot do simple math and has no idea what customer service is. If you have the sign on the door of an item priced a certain way..you honor it. I would never run a business that way and it’s a shame because corner stores are always my favorite. This one cheated, lied and made me feel completely unsafe.

Step it up! Omg this store is so pitiful and bad! Is it going out of business? No alcohol delivery? 3 weeks and the one drink you can't get anywhere still not there. Plus, the employees could maybe speak at least 3 words of English maybe?

The parking lot here is dangerous for pedestrians. Steer clear and drive safe.
