FirstBank Florida - Westchester

This has been the best experience i have ever had at a bank, my girlfriend and i when looking to open up an account and Yoan is an exceptional employee. He explained everything thorough, employees like Yoan are the ones that companies should value because they are irreplaceable.

I had a very good experience during my recent visit to this branch; Joan was very patient with my questions and concerns and delivered a great customer service. Highly recommended!!

This small bank has all of the features of the large banks, remote deposits, ATM, and also offers personalized banking.

Daniel (my banker) is always available, always helpful, and if I have a problem, will stick with you until it is solved.

Would recommend them without hesitation.

Terrible customer service at kendal drive office, it’s just amazing how you can have these kind of people working in a bank, they have no clue how to be bankers, i decided not to step on that bank again even though it’s the closest from my house, thank god for your bankers at bird road location speacilly mr. Daniel Rodriguez, you should have him train your Kendall crew.

I don't like to use the word hate. BUT I HATE this bank. I thought it would be great to have a small bank where u are more then a number, but I was wrong, my main problem is that you go to the branch and there's 10 employees, one person waiting and somehow u still manage to wait an hour Before they call your name. on top of that, they used the wrong billing address for my debit card even after clarifying and double checking with the woman setting it up, and she was right infront of me and of course to fix it I have to go over there wait an hour with a 4yrold and a 5 month old OH AND God forbid u need to do something online or on the app after 4pm any day of the week and the website and app are down which they are often! because u can never get a hold of anyone! BECAUSE OF COURSE they don't have a 24 hour or even late night customer service number. screw this bank im so tired of it. I only deal with it cause it's free checking, but I'd rather pay a few bucks a month and have a better functioning bank then continue dealing with these people.

La atención pesima , vine hacer un trámite y no me quisieron atender porque dice que se demora 5 min el trámite y ellos cerraba en 5 min. O sea que no les da la gana de atenderme nunca usare este banco o por lo menos este.

Yo llevo 4 anos con este banco. Cada dia me entristensen mas. No resuelven nada al no ser que quieras cancelar la targeta por una boberia. Es ridiculo
