The lady who answered my call was so sweet and patient with me, she helped me to get to the store and got all the items I needed for my party and it was FULL of party essentials!! Honestly so goods and the service was excellent 👌👌👌

I always order online for pick up, and although the automated email says it takes 24 hours, honestly within 3 hours I get notified my order is ready. They have a great selection!

I ordered online on Saturday, the balloons were shipped Monday, I received them on Wednesday (with UPS shipping option selected). I was freaking out about getting them on time, I messaged them, they called me back about an hour later and assured me they would be delivered on time. My order was correct me well packaged. Will purchase with them again.

The store is AWESOME! You are attended directly by the owners, you find everything you need. I recommend going with enough time because it is a paradise of varieties in balloons and accessories for you to make beautiful decorations.
