The service here was very commendable. Handled all of my issues with care and everything was resolved in a matter of weeks. (2-3weeks). If I ever have to come here again, I know things will be taken care of.

Great company

Horrible is an understatement for the way this management company manages those low income apartments. The entire chain of command from the property managers to their corporate office in Miami lakes. I can write a book on all the violations and the things they are responsible to deliver and don’t. Unfortunately rent is high and people can’t afford to move so we have to deal with the poor service. Definitely would NOT recommend.

DISGUSTING!! I wouldn’t let my pet rat live there. If it’s bad for rats, it’s bad for you. Horrible in every facet of the word.

They illegally evicted me and my kids, filed a false return of service and attempted to intervene in the entire eviction case. After me and my kids have lived in the unit for over 4 years. Why??? because I found out that they were over billing the Tenants "Sub meters" for water during the construction of their new building. Public Housing, Department of Regulatory and the Commissioners are all in on this and do nothing. I was living in an infested unit and provided 3 violation notices in 1 years directly each time I sent notification of their continued negligence to the Local offices. Each notice was invalid. Stay away they are big developers who have big connections including the Judges.

With the sole testimony of those who no longer live in that condominium, the authorities should proceed against this woman Reyna Solorsano. Nothing justifies the mistreatment of families.
Manager Reyna manipulates the owners with lies to cover her incompetence. This manager Reyna is not a person prepared for the position. She has double moral standards and personality. She blames the tenants for things that are not true to make them miserable. This manager abusive and mistreat not only tenants but also to all employees under her charge. Reyna is always planning how to take an innocent family to the streets. This manager Reyna enters the apartments without notifying the exact day she is going to be inspecting. She enters suddenly to accuse them of bad tenants calling them pigs and dirty tenants. These are tenants who work long hours and restricted salary. They clean their apts on their day off. Tenants deserve respect and be notified the exact day.

No person who resides inside will confess the truth, they are intimidated and defensive when they are interrogated they speak well of the manager for fear of reprisals from her.

The authorities should place public announcements where people can defend themselves anonymously without being incriminated so that they can have the freedom to say abuses. The few people who speak are those who no longer reside there.

This manager Reyna to justify her mistreatment to the people blames the owner stating that that the owner order her to be like that. She also says that the owner mistreat her with vulgarities and disrespects her.

Nothing justifies this woman or element to abuse power, uses its position to intimidate and mistreat the innocent, and has the support of the owner.

They are only interested in paying the rent, that is, the money, they do not care about the situations that the tenants present, and when you call here they are not professional at all, I just hope one day to have my own house so as not to depend on any association or condominiums and receive bad deals

I can't even give them a one star, this people are the worst associacion ever.

This place is horrible

The management of this property is horrible. Never attend tenants complaints. Property management are rude and doesn’t provide service, who pay rent here. If yiu look for apartments dont rent here. Awful service

Acabo de llamar y la persona que contestó no quería ni oír por cual departamento estaba llamando, una desesperación para colgar la llamada y me dijo que llame directamente am edificio con lo cual le explique porque llamaba a ellos y no al edificio pero como no supo responder a lo que le decía me terminó colgando el teléfono. Esa es la calidad de personas que contratan para manejar edificios enteros. Falta de educación, de servicio de todo. Pero la culpa no es de ella si no de quiénes contratan a gente de ese nivel.
