Bayshore Dura Medical has always proven to be reliable with all medical supplies i’ve ordered. The staff is very understanding, friendly and willing to help in every way. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using it for the foreseeable future.

An oxygen concentrator, prescribed while I was still in the hospital, was taken back by BayShore Dura Medical because I had been discharged three days later than I should have. They said that they needed the blood oxygen level readings that required my needing the equipment, yet while in the hospital all my vitals, especially the blood oxygen levels, were taken every six hours and are part of my records.

Be that as it may, I made an appointment for grab bars to be installed by them in my bathroom but when the installer called he said that if I did not surrender an oxygen tank, which had been delivered by them to my hospital room, he would not install the grab bars. On top of that threat they wanted me to sign a liability waiver absolving them of any damages to my bathroom. I told him to take the tank and that I would not sign the waiver absolving them of any damages he might cause.

Read everything they ask you to sign very carefully. Better yet, call someone else.

They are the worst supply company and if you see a review saying otherwise they are probably lying to make them look better.

They have never once gotten my son's order correct, never once have they put my order in when I call the first time, and I always have to talk to a manager/supervisor to get any information let alone actually getting the order placed. Just now I spent nearly 1 hour on the phone to find out when the rest of my son's order would get here. After talking to atleast 4 other people and then a manager someone finally looked in the system just to be told oh its on back order we don't have anymore. Oh and before they would even starting ordering my son's supplies they required ALL of his medical records if they didn't get them they would refuse to order anything.

This is sad to say but those outsourced customer support people from India or where ever are more friendly, helpful, and competen then anyone employees at Bayshore Dura Medical.

I am a disabled Vietnam vet and have been fighting lung cancer for several months now. Of course I have breathing issues!! These asses promised to deliver oxygen 3 different days last week and just brought it yesterday. Only 9 days late. They will lie to you, so use caution or better yet, find a good supplier.

Too much beurocracy very unorganized took 3 days to ship an item. Still waiting. Probably another 2 days and the facility is an hour from my house. I called to ask if I could pick it up directly since they are an hour away. I was told that they would see if it would be arriving today or if I could pick it up. They ended up putting the order trough only because I called to ask about it, and now I can't pick it up because the order was processed a few minutes after I called to request to pick it up. Very frustrating.

This is by far the worst medical supply company in all of Florida. Waiting on medical supplies for my disabled infant was an absolute nightmare. None of the staff helped in anyway, even the supervisors seemed clueless. I am not even sure if the employees receive any training for their job. Please don't use this company if you care about your loved ones. Bayshore left me in tears many times feeling hopeless. They should be helping not making things worse. 👎👎👎👎

I had an oxygen concentrator failure over the weekend. I decided to wait until Mon morning to call Bayshore Dura Medical. I called at 0830 and left a message. No one ever returned the call so I called at 0930 Mon morning. As always I spoke with a very nice Lady named Megan. She told me she would have the Mgr. named Frank call me back. In the early afternoon he never called me back so later I called him. He asked me to do all these test. They all failed so he told me he would send another concentrator. I called back to see when I would receive a replacement. Frank told me he would get one for me. Tuesday morning I called again and was told it would be delivered today. The delivery person would call me. Of Course no call at 1330 in the afternoon. After many calls I was told the delivery person would call. He finally did and he was just leaving Miami. Had to go to Okeechobee first and should be at my home at 1900. Since Mon. Morning until 1900 tonite to just get a delivery. I am a Disabled Veteran !!!!!
I called the VA and spoke with them about this problem. In the meantime I had asked who the owner of Bayshore Medical was and of course they told me he wasn't in. That didn't surprise me for sure. I recommended to my VA rep they look for a reliable company to service Disabled Veterans
So here I sit at 1840 waiting for a Concentrator that I should have had on Mon, Morning.

One star is tooooo much for this company.

The WORST medical supply company in the WORLD. I am an ostomy patient (don't use my bottom to do number 2, I do it through a bag that sticks to my stomach). I never had an issue ordering medical supplies in my life. I don't think the employees or supervisor know what they are doing. I have dealt with Donna and Cesci. I order my supplies every month on the day that they ask me to and it is always LATE...I have worked in the medical field for 12 years and have never witness an establishment as unprofessional as Bayshore Medical Supply in Miami, Fl. I am a 34 year old mother to two young boys who is limited to doing activities with my kids because I have to preserve my bags since I never get them on time. That means, I can't shower everyday, every 3 days, can't excercise, can't do nothing that involves water or over use of any type of movement because it won't stick to my stomach. They always have a sad story of why its late, why its taking so long. Donna makes me call my doctors office and insurance company to get information which is her job to do! I swear that if I could change my insurance company I would, but they are the only ones that my crohns and colities doctor and my surgeon accept to work together. I have been waiting supplies since Dec. 16, 2015 and today is Jan. 14, 2016. I am literally using my last bag today....it looks like I am going to have to go to the emergency room to get am extra bag....Waiting waiting waiting.....

Don't use this company PERIOD.
Follow through with their own vendors and supplier is unreliable. Customer service lacks efficient initiative to solve issues that won't leave you or your child with special needs without the supplies they need.

One of the most mismanaged and "drop the ball" companies I've ever dealt with. If you request supplies, you will need to call back and beg them to deliver.

I am still waiting for delivery of oxygen. They were suppose to be here last Wednesday. This is Sunday & I have called them 3 times & left messages.
I think it is time for the VA to get another company...

Absolutely horrible. This place NEVER PICKS up the phone or gives call backs. Truly frustrating. Don't even waste your time calling.
