Hertz Car Rental - Miami International Airport

First time using Hertz at MIA and I must say it was a pretty good experience. Getting the car was easy with their free Gold Plus membership. I just got in and left. Returning it was pretty easy as well.

Was sceptical about using this branch due to the bad reviews but this was actually the best experience I've ever had from a rental place! Got myself ready for a long queue but there were no other customers when I arrived (and when I returned) - I'd filled out the free gold member info beforehand so the guy actually told me I didn't need to speak to anyone anyway. My name was on a board with where my car was, I got in, switched it on and basically drove out. Easiest experience ever. Car was great.

The customer service at Hertz was truly outstanding.They were knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Patrica was friendly and professional made the entire rental process smooth. I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend Hertz for their exceptional customer service!

Even though the place was fully sold out and very busy for the holidays, the staff did their best to help everyone’s needs, including mine. I was very satisfied with the professional service and accommodating needs of the customers. The manager was very knowledgeable and met my request right away. Of the many Hertz locations I have been to, this is one of the best ones!

Hertz is truly the best care rental company. I rented a Ford Expedition XL from Hertz on a busy holiday week. On the second day its window developed an issue and it stopped closing. So, we went to hertz @ MIA for changing the car where the staff told us that there are no cars because of the holiday rush. We panicked but the manager called Karim calmly listened to the problem, and personaly drove our car to their mechanic and got it fixed in 30 min. He saved our vacation!!! Thank you Karim@Hertz!

I don't say this lightly, but I may be a Hertz customer for life after my experience here. On seeing that my son had a broken leg, the attendants insisted my entire family of 4 plus one get in Tahoe and be driven to the airport. If you've rented a car from MIA before, you know it takes a lot of walking to get to the terminal. Truly above and beyond customer care.

And, yes, I tipped. Generously.

As always fantastic service and vehicles range, I have rent from basic economic cars to super cars here and always is a good deal and location convenience. But mind to return it ON TIME as they will charge you full day even for a couple of minutes despite any frequent usage.

We flew in on Wednesday. Kareem was very helpful and friendly setting us up with car. We were tired and his prompt service was great.

Well managed Hertz location. Cars were clean and the checkout process was good. They don’t have a Gold Member video board but they did have a separate gold member key pickup. The lot is located at the far end of terminal A.

Thank you Delvis for the opportunity to upgrade the reserved mustang GT-H to the Shelby GT500-H in Miami. Never regretted this choice for a moment and what a beast that car is!!!

Hands down one of the nicest Hertz employee I and my wife have ever met. Unfortunately, we forgot her name. However, this was the easiest car rental I've ever had using Hertz. We had a pleasant conversation as she was helping us with the process, come to find out she used to live in New York small world. Huh?
