I wanted to write a review to share my experience as Dr. Loseva patient. I have never had a better endocrinologist in my life. Dr. Loseva is attentive, caring, professional, and extremally knowledgeable on diabetes. I never had an issue with the front desk or lab. You can tell Dr. Loseva cares about her patients and loves her job. I highly recommend her as your endocrinologist, your A1C and health will be in good hands!!

East Coast Medical Associates is fabulous. From the staff to Dr. Victoria Loseva, it is absolutely a number one medical practice who I would recommend to anyone who needs an endocrinologist.

Dr. Loseva Is a great prediabetes doctor

Dr. Loseva is very attentive to detail, took her time to listen to all medical history and concerns. Discussed options, medications, and provided necessary guidance. The staff was very pleasant, courteous and helpful.

UNREASONABLE – AWEFUL EXPERIENCE
The worst staff and experience I’ve ever had a doctor's office. Unreasonable, unhelpful, unprofessional, rude, inept. Dr. Freeman & Partners at East Coast Medical Associates, good luck with your practice, not sure how it functions with such horrible patient care and staff.
I showed up 1 MINUTE LATE to my appointment time. I checked in, sat down and 30 minutes later when I went to the front desk to check on my status, I was told I could not be seen today because I missed my appointment. They had removed me from the patient log that day because I was 1 MINUTE LATE.
When I asked why NO ONE communicated with me when I walked-in/checked-in or called my name to tell me this issue when I was waiting for 30 minutes, there was silence. No answer. They just looked at me, told me I was late, there was no way the doctor could see me, and I had to reschedule. I have never seen a worse run office with such little communication, care, organization, and illogical check-in process and unhelpful staff. I walked out and am no longer their patient.

So far feeling dissapointed with the clerks at this location. Just to obtain my Prior Authorization I am going back an forth between the insurance company, the pharmacy and this office.
I received a called from someone named June, and was extremely unprofessional and insulting. She shouldn't work here. So far, I am awaiting for the call from Betsy or Miriam.

Horrible service. I left messages and called so many times, an nobody called back !! I have a very great insurance plan and this is very frustrating. I definitely don't recommend.

Dissatisfaction with the clerks at the Linton location. Four days now and still no new script for insulin sent to my Walmart Pharmacy.

horrible service. left at least 10 messages for 10 different physicians and didn't get any response from anyone. Very frustrating as this is the only physicians office on my health care plan.
