Jean Joseph was very courteous, accommodating and extremely respectful of my time. He helped with 4 large unpacked items that needed to be shipped across the country. The entire experience was a pleasure!

BRING ALL OF YOUR MULTIPLE LARGE AMAZON RETURNS EXCLUSIVELY TO THIS UPS! I have been here multiple times with a very complicated return and the staff has been PHENOMENAL. They went above and beyond in helping me, as well as everyone that walked thru their doors. The owner and his sons also co-owners Gene and Peter are extremely patient, knowledgeable, efficient, speedy, and professional! They are simply amazing and made the large amazon returns I usually take to multiple stores, a hassle free stress free event all in one place. Share laughs with them and listen to good music while you are there. I only go to this UPS from now on! Thank you for all of your help gentlemen!

This place is awesome they always get me in and out quick the staff are super friendly and it's fairly priced

Staff here are pleasant and professional.

These guys were efficient and friendly. I haven't had as much fun in a store since the last time I was at a comedy club. Seriously - all business - but they know how to make the best of it. They were amazing! Next time I'm having a bad day - I'm going to go there just to spend time with this crew. I may even mail myself an empty box just to have an excuse to go!!!!! Yes this is a serious post. It costs nothing to make someone smile or laugh. These guys get it!

Every time I go to this location, there is a wonderful Father and Son team that makes me want to come back. I have other UPS Stores closer to me, but I drive further because of their personal attention and great attitudes

I read the reviews but didn't have a choice, I needed a UPS store immediately and it is right by my house. The young man who works in the store is pleasant, courteous, easy to deal with and very humorous. I have gone back a few times and I am very happy to give them my business

I’m so surprised to see the negative reviews because I go into this store about 2x per month and it’s always been easy, fast, friendly, and accommodating. I often compare this store to the local fedex because at fedex it takes 20 mins to do what takes 5 mins at this ups store.

I had a recent move and used the services of this store several times. In all cases Jean was extremely friendly and efficient. Went out of his way to help me. I would reccomend this location and have no hesitations to use them in the future.

I was hesitant to go to this particular store because of it's low rating and the fact that there were 2 other stores I could have gone to. But this was the most convenient so I went for it. The man was so helpful and courteous, he even helped me bring my boxes to my car. I'm not sure why people gave this store low ratings, but my experience was positive and if I lived in the area I would go back in a heartbeat.

I absolutely find this service at this store wonderful day young man that usually manage the counter is so nice I am 75 years old and disabled if I call he will come out to my car and left my package out for me. I can never remember his name right but I won’t ever forget his smile .He is clean the store is clean his personality is nice and he is always helpful I don’t know what the other people’s experiences are but mine have been great and this is my store.

So grateful for this location - I had to return a mattress and had little help. The African American gentleman was good natured, helpful and even helped me get the mattress in. Always a pleasant surprise when someone goes out of their way! Thank you!

There is a very rude elderly man who works there... However, today we had to mail some items before closing time... The man today was a younger African American...EXTREMELY NICE and helpful, a pleasure to encounter!

Very busy place but always efficient and actively working. Many pleasant workers who are tuned in to the public. I enjoy coming to this location.

This is the friendliest store in all of Delray Beach. We have been in there many times and they are always nice, friendly and efficient.
