High Ridge Landing

Update: gates are now fixed, gym machine is also fixed. Overall good community. Some steps the office can take to improve it for every resident: Place more dog waste signs around the community and refill dog waste bags, dog owners here do not know how to pick up after their dogs. Place more no parking signs around, people here park on curbs and not in spots too often. The office does not enforce anything so people get away with nonsense. Start sending out notices that there will be fines for hitting the gate, dog waste, and parking on curbs and it will change quick. Thanks for the support!

I just moved in at the beginning of October, and Chris the leasing agent was so helpful in my transition into High Ridge. I recently moved to Florida all the way from Pittsburgh and he was very communicative and kind. The staff here is really great and was on top of addressing all of my concerns. Looking forward to living here, the experience has been great so far!!

I recently helped move a friend High Ridge and loved it!!!! The office staff specifically Chris Zaskey was very responsive, friendly, and eager to assist. Also, I want to mention the maintenance staff was the same; very friendly, and would go out of their way to help. When he moved in the apt it was clean and ready for him. The layout was perfect and had tons of storage. I give the highest rating to the apartments along with their staff. Great job everyone!!!!

I am currently a resident here and have been for about 3-4 months and I really enjoy it. The apartments are nice & very dog friendly but what really makes it great are the two maintenance guys, Junior & Caesar. Whenever I have an issue within an hour of sending in a ticket my problem is fixed. For example, I was in the middle of doing laundry and my washer stopped working. I stepped outside and saw Junior and informed him of it. I decided to go to Publix to buy extra detergent and when I got back my washer was fixed. It took him under 15 minutes! In addition, Caesar is always welcoming and always greets me and wishes me a good day! I really appreciate small things like that and it makes living here so much better. Yeah, there are minor issues like increase in pet fees and issues with guest parking but those two are always helpful and make it so much better! Thank you!

I’ve lived here for seven months. The apartments are in pristine shape. The amenities are really nice here. The move in was swift & easy, the staff is always extremely helpful & courteous in the office, & maintenance is always very prompt / they take care of anything you need very quickly. Personally, I have not needed major maintenance (smaller things such as air filters and water filters thus far), but they are always around/visible and are willing to help (offer) with any odds and ends if you need anything. Just helpful all the way around. I’m very pleased here.

I have been living here for about 2 years. I have only good words to say about this place. The maintenance team is superb. They have resolved any issues I have on the same day. The office team are excellent as well. If there is anything I have needed they have taken care of it quickly. The grounds are always clean. You will feel secure and safe here. It is a great place to live.

We moved in Oct 28th, 2019. The process was quick and painless. The office staff (Victoria in particular) are friendly and very helpful, our 2 bedroom apartment is in good condition and well maintained. We are near the street and still, it's pretty quiet. All the Dog owners and most of the residents in our building and the near by buildings have been very kind, polite and courteous. We love it here....also, all rent/utilities can be paid online "super easy and quick ".

I have been living at this community as one of its original residence and I’ve had the most pleasant experience in the last year with Victoria as the leasing agent I hope she stays with us for a while! The maintenance crew has been here the longest and they are definitely the best Junior and Cesar work very hard and they are very efficient!!! I love it here!!!

I love the new renovations that came here. The amenities are clean and very modern. The office staff is really nice as well. I, personally, have never had an issue with parking. It is an apartment community so I understand that sometimes, like holidays, that there may be more or less parking to accommodate for the visitors.

I have to say that the staff at this place has been amazing. Never ever have I lived someplace in my 60 plus years with people as kind and as caring as these girls. I am also VERY happy about the assigned parking. They had to and I talked to the girls about it long before they did it. When all these apartments are filled up, which won't take long, I'm happy that I know where I'll be parking. Also, I've become quite internet savvy in my semi-retirement. Beware of people that post these bad reviews. You can look them up and see all of their reviews. When they are ALL bad including doctors, you have to know that nothing will make those people happy. LIVE HAPPY!

I am new to the area and I am glad I chose High Ridge Landing. The staff was very helpful in getting everything set up on a short notice. Eilin was wonderful. She made everything very easy. I was able to sign all my documents online! Now I just have to pick up my keys!!! The grounds are beautiful and so are the units.

I'm happy with my 3 bedroom overlooking the lake, thank you Victoria for all your help. My family loves everything about our unit and how friendly our neighbors are. Quiet, clean and beautiful, what more can you ask for? Come take a tour!

I love this place. It is green and lush all around. It is quite and they are environmental friendly. They have EV car chargers and hurricane windows. They have lots of native vegetation.. turtles and wetlands vegetation in and around the pond. I wish they would try butterfly garden in the open areas near the AC units. Perhaps they will take my suggestion from here:-). Staff is very friendly and the respond to issues almost immediately. Thank you for the experience here.

I have live here five months now to be honest my first experience with Maintenace was horrible and I felt like I wann it to move out but after that! they change the management and hired Darien this guy is super professional polite and cares about the property and the Recident’s.I hope that they keep him here because his is the reason because I’m writing this 5 starts review. It feels good to go to the office and feel like someone cares thank you for your hard work Darien

Neighborhood is beautiful and safe. Jennyfer at the clubhouse was such a pleasure to work with. Both inviting and professional, really gave me a feeling of being “home”. Thanks High Ridge and thanks Jenn, can’t wait to move in!

Really beautiful, am in the process of getting added to my best friends lease and even though I had some setbacks they have been very very helpful and informative and don't give up on you or helping you. This place is great. And I love that you wouldn't even know down the block there is every store you could even need, it's quiet too. :) nice people

I have enjoyed the entire experience of applying and living at High Ridge!!! Victoria was extremely helpful throughout the entire process & her team, Ceasar, junior and michelle are always ready to help!! Love it here!!!

I have lived here since July and my experience has been flawless. Vasti and the whole maintenance team have always showed up, assisted me and did so in a professional manner. For that I am grateful.

Was looking to move into the area, the staff was lovely and very friendly! The complex is very clean and well maintained. Chris Zaskey was super helpful and responsive to our questions and we are very excited to be looking forward to moving in soon!
