Roboli Ristorante Italiano

Roboli - the little restaurant I never knew I always wanted. Nestled in a small corner strip mall, it’s easy to overlook and underestimate. But don’t be fooled… these guys work hard to stand out. Here, it’s service with a (genuine) smile. It’s Italian-American classic dishes made just right (none of the obscene portions or over sauced plates you’ll find at other spots that have lost their will to live). Roboli wins over its West Boca neighbors with brick-lined ambience, staff who care, and food that hits just right. Will be back very soon!

We had a delicious dinner on Friday evening January 26 at Roboli's on Clintmore. We ordered two delicious dinners. One being spaghetti and clams sauce and the other being a seafood pasta. Both were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. We also had two salads, one being a greek salad and the other being crusted pecan chicken. We enjoyed the dinner immensely and the manager went above and beyond.

The management was exquisite! The manager tended to our table with great accommodations as she was super welcoming. For the service our waitress was very helpful and patient to me and my family. The food matched the management perfectly. I highly recommend this restaurant as it will not disappoint! Bring the whole family!!

The management was amazing Ms.Patricia was great and the best, Leena was the best waitress I've ever had. The food was excelent and I had fun. I would recommend bringing your family to this beautiful place.

We order from here frequently and it’s always delicious. My daughter and I had dinner at the restaurant today and the food was delicious as always, but the servers were also so accommodating to my dining with a toddler. Always a great experience with Roboli

Excellent thin crust pizza with "sauteed" mushrooms which are the absolute best.

Awesome neighborhood Italian spot with tasty food and huge portions

We have been eating here for years, and like fine wine it only gets better. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the menu has something for everyone. The pizza deserves special mention, for the crust is crispy, order it well done, and the toppings and sauce are outstanding. Go Tuesday and the large pie is only $9.95. The service and help are prompt and the experience is always enjoyable. We cannot say too many times that we always enjoy our meal and believe you will, also.

We recently celebrated my mother’s birthday at this restaurant and was extremely satisfied. The food is very delicious, reasonably priced, great ambience and our waitress Christine was wonderful. This was a great dining experience I recommend everyone to give it a try you will be very happy you did!

Had a last minute large order for 10 pizzas and a tray of salad on 10/31 - the busiest day of the year. Bruce the manager was amazing - he made sure the order was on time, accurate and delicious. He runs the restaurant professionally, with great personality and fantastic quality control. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant - our office is a customer for life! Thanks Bruce

The service and food was excellent. This was my first time here. The staff was pleasant my and were happy to accommodate us. The chicken was so tender that I could almost cut it with a fork. The rolls they serve with dinner were freshly baked, flakey, and full of flavor. The prices are competitive and appropriate. The next time I am over this way, I will definitely eat here again.

I have eaten at this restaurant at least once a week since 1997. That's over 1300 meals. They do a good job. They get my order right. The prices are fair. The food is good and the service is great.

Food was very good would go back. Had the calamari for an appetizer. On the menu it's classified is crispy calamari which it is was fantastic. Highly recommended for an appetizer was big enough for two people.

This was our first time at Roboli. The food was delicious! Very well seasoned and we ordered a few different dishes. The staff was pleasant, courteous and friendly. The place itself was beautiful and family oriented. We will definitely be coming back. I recommend it to anyone looking for Italian meal.

Best pizza we've found since moving to the area a year ago. Attentive staff. Nice old-fashioned Italian restaurant decor. Great music in the background (Martin, Sinatra, even Harry Conick, Jr.) Really enjoyable, casual, comfortable place for good food and friendly service.

My 16 year old, who has a better developed palate than I, and just finished his first culinary class, also has a love of well prepared food. His favorite dishes are Italian and after reading reviews on Google, I wanted to treat the both of us to an authentic Italian meal. As dining out is an actual treat, something we haven't done in a year, I had high hopes. I cook at home, a LOT. I can tell when things are rushed or steps skipped. On to the experience:
At around 4:30 on Saturday, we were the first to be seated in comfortable booths in the small, but tastefully decorated restaurant. Lots of dark paneling didn't create a dark atmosphere at that time of day with the large front sunny windows and small unobtrusive hanging light in the booth. The menu is extensive with everything from mussels to shrimp scampi to eggplant parmigiana to baked ziti or spaghetti and meatballs! First, there was a choice of bread or garlic rolls; for us, it was a no-brainer, and the bread was amazing! The garlic and oil---YUM. Warning, though. Don't fill up here!
With our meals, five cheese ravioli with tomato basil sauce and baked ziti with ricotta and marinara, we were offered soup or salad. My son got the tomato basil with cream and I got the house salad. My son said his was good but something tasted "off." When I tried it, I found that it may have curdled a bit; meaning that it was probably prepared a little rushed (cream and tomato not brought to same temperature before being mixed or not slowly adding tomato to a warm milk, or accidentally brought to a boil, perhaps needing more starch to stabilize the amount of acid, or the restaurant was using a whole milk rather than straight cream (cream is not likely to curdle...). It's still safe to eat, just not as appetizing. Most people wouldn't even have NOTICED as it was very slight. I still thought it tasted good but my son couldn't finish it. The salad was a fresh mix of romaine with bits of carrots and cabbage, a slice of cucumber and a slice of tomato. Fresh, crisp and accompanied by a house vinaigrette that I preferred because it was pleasantly sweet but not too sweet and followed the garlic roll well in cleansing the palate.
Then the main dishes were brought out. They looked like two family sized plates! My son adored his ravioli and the baked ziti was perfectly done. At this juncture, a few bites into our meals our server came over.(Were we even eating? Or was it a food meditation of sorts at that point?) Poor Justin...I THINK he came to ask how we were enjoying everything....I was a bit annoyed at the distraction from the experience and I hope it didn't show. I remember saying something positive....My 16 year old finished 2/3 of his plate. A kid who eats 2 MEALS at most restaurants. I finished about 1/4. We boxed that right up....and ordered dessert. Why? Because it's a TREAT today and my son has never had cannoli. A terrific dessert, especially for those who don't like too sweet desserts. Rich but not heavy...creamy and so smooth in a flaky firm pastry. These were PERFECT.
As for Justin, he's an intelligent and attentive young gentleman who made sure our first experience dining at Roboli's won't be our last! Thank you.

P.S.- Next time I will take pictures. We were enjoying the food too much to remember this time!
