I recently enrolled in Cenegenics, a national health/training entity. So far I'm so pleased. Muscle up, fat down, and overall health better than in a long time. I'm really pleased with the results and plan to stick with the plan.

My experience with Cenegenics has been excellent. Since day one through the follow up in person , then they send a nurse to my house to get the blood for the lab. The doctor is excellent as well as her professional staff. They check with me daily which gives me extra motivation to be consistent with the treatment which includes proper diet and exercise and it is all personalized to my individual needs. I recommend Cenegenics in my view that are the best in their field nationwide and beyond.
