We're so happy with Mercedes-Benz of Northern Arizona! We drove up from Scottsdale because they had the exact car we wanted. Everyone was friendly and unphased by our 5pm, arrival (dealer closes at 6pm) to buy a car. Tanya was well versed with our car and explained things well. She was patient with our test drive and our learning about the car. Adam was fantastic explaining the finances and giving us a great deal on an extended warranty. On our way to the Rose Bowl from Georgia, my SUV’s engine was cutting out on the freeway. We drove in to Flagstaff and called this Mercedes Dealership. They were able to get my car in the next morning. All the staff were extremely professional. Alex Salas called me later in the morning and explained my spark plugs were installed improperly by the dealership back in Georgia before we left. Not having the parts, he took the spark plugs off a new Mercedes and installed them on mine and I was able to get back on the road. I really appreciate all the effort and kindness.

Alex, Kevin, and the service team at Flagstaff Mercedes are the best! I recently had hit a large rock on the freeway and caused a few thousand dollars worth of damage to my SLK 350. The crew went above and beyond to take care of my car. It runs smooth and better than ever. Thank you big time to Mercedes of Flagstaff!

This is the closest dealership, at 2 hours away, so limiting trips is important.

I needed a new lock cylinder for my sprinter (a controlled security item) and parts department made the process as painless as possible, ordering part and having it ready for me upon arrival.

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!

We were up in Flag on a ski trip over the weekend and our Sprinter van had a warning light turn on 'stop vehicle, keep engine running'. Called the Mercedes Benz dealership and Connor was able to get us in right away. We were out of there in 30 min thanks to Kevin's quick work!! Issue was resolved with no hassle and fantastic service. Five star experience overall, what a great team at this dealership. Thank you Connor and Kevin!

Recently traveling from California to Texas when my check engine light came on. I called and talked to Alex, who told me that they closed at 5:00, but that they would wait for me to come. I got there just before 5:00, and Alex immediately got the lead technician to check my vehicle. They quickly diagnosed my vehicle and got me back on the road quickly. Last week I leased a new MBZ vehicle from MB of No. Az. I've purchased and leased high-end vehicles from different dealerships for 40 years in California. To my good fortune having the opportunity of working with Duncan and Adam in upper management was an absolute pleasure from the get-go. They run a first class operation exhibiting the utmost professionalism in dotting all the i's and crossing all t's. Both were patient in answering all my questions with thoughtfulness and sincerity. I live out of state yet everything was handled as if I was a local customer including finding the right car with my specs, delivery and all follow-up. Bottom line, a wonderful car buying experience. I suggest, if considering a MBZ do yourself a favor and reach out to one of these guys promising an experience that is 100%+ from beginning to end.

I’ve been getting some run around, and shady (classist) attitudes from other (Phoenix area) Mercedes Dealerships lately. These guys were helpful, experienced, and down to earth. Nothing about my time here left me to feel I’m bringing my Sprinter to a dealer that would rather work on cars they’ve sold to millionaire customers. I have an adventure mobile, and my experience with dealerships across the nation is 50/50; as they are all independently owned, they are entitled to treat customers however they wish without much to answer to (beside the customer). Well, these guys are worth the trip, as they will at least help you get to the bottom of it, and perform a reputable service is need be. Thanks for your help fellas.

Connor and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Flagstaff went out of their way to help us get back on the road. We had a problem with our Mercedes Sprinter and passing through Flagstaff on the Wednesday just before the Thanksgiving weekend. They thought outside of the box to get our issues resolved and back on the road before the service department shut down for the extended weekend! We appreciated their commitment to excellent service for their customers.

Absolutely amazing service for my Sprinter. We broke down outside of Holbrook, Arizona. The tow truck driver recommended this dealership to fix our issue. He was right. Within hours, they were able to diagnose and fix our van. They actually had the needed parts in-stock! They went above and beyond a normal dealership service center. I'm definitely coming back. Thank you. Your team was very kind and considerate. Our family vacation was saved!

Left Vegas to head to Sedona for a vacation and ended up with a flat tire and a bent wheel. I drove an hour to the Flagstaff Mercedes and was greeted my a gentlemen named Alex. This guy was the most accommodating service manager I’ve ever encountered. He went through lengths to find us a wheel and get us back home safe and sound. Alex exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend this dealership. These folks are world class.

Most pleasant dealer experience I’ve had! Brought my sprinter van in on a Monday morning, no appointment as I was on a road trip and it was last minute. I was having an issue with the transmission. I met with Ling & Connor and the two of them were great. I sat down, asked 5-6 questions and Connor had an answer for and helped me through each of them. He told me they could squeeze me in even though they had 40+ cars to do service on.

They did just that, fixed everything I needed, and I was back on the road with the van in 36 hours.

Couldn’t recommend Connor, Ling, and this dealership enough.

Great experience at Mercedes of Flagstaff Service Department. Connor was incredible to deal with, very attentive, and eager too help, with a positive presence and can-do attitude. In addition, Dallas was also very nice and helpful in the couple calls I had with her, as well as our face-to-face interaction, while I had my car issue serviced at the Service Center. Next, Service Manager Alex, was very kind and professional, and took time to go over all of the different actions and results that came back during the diagnostic, factory recall service and eventual correction of my car's issue, even looking over peripheral issues I came in with. And I want to give a big shout out to the service technicians that performed the services on my vehicle. Everything is running excellent. I highly recommend Mercedes of Flagstaff to take care of all of your MBZ needs and more. Keep up the great work.

Can’t say enough about the level of service you will receive at this dealership! I live in Phoenix and was driving home about 30 Mikes outside of Flagstaff. The roads were bad after this winter and I hit a pothole causing an immediate flat. I was unable to get service from anywhere due to it being a Saturday and everything was closed. I located this dealership and called speaking to Ethan in sales, to see if I could get my Benz in for an immediate repair. They were closing and I would arrive well after closing. Not only did they wait for me to arrive but the GM Rich actually drove me brought back Phoenix, he said he was headed my way! I will return to flagstaff to buy my next Mercedes from them!
