The Butcher and The Bar

This little gem in Boynton Beach is really a show stopper!! Perfect little spot to enjoy some really delicious food, drinks and enjoy! The owner really cares about his staff, and even the staff’s loved ones! Eric is awesome! The service was spot on and the food was delicious! 10/10 recommend the Butcher and the bar!

Been trying to get here for a while, happy we finally made it. Everything was amazing from the staff to the food. Also they have a great craft and local beer selection. My wife and myself stopped for lunch, I had the bratwurst my wife had the chicken meatballs everything was delicious. Can't wait to go back!

This place has been on my “places to try” list since last July, made it there yesterday for lunch with two friends. Great atmosphere and great service were the perfect setting for outstanding food. The 3 orders were; the burger, the Porchetta sandwich and I ordered the French dip (since that is not a routine menu item). All three were amazing, my French dip was great, just wish they would use a container for the Au jus, that actually fit the sandwich. So dipping was not an option, but rather you need to pour the Au jus over the sandwich. Kinda weird for such a buttoned up restaurant, to miss on that point.
Everything is made in house, including the ketchup for their wonderful potato wedges and the phyllo wrap on their in house made hot dogs (pigs in a blanket), homemade mustard accompaniment was the bomb. Buns are supplied by Old School bakery, which were spot on. Great selection of IPA’s, I chose “Lunch” by Maine Beer company and also The Deadhead IPA from Destihl. Can’t wait to go back and grab dinner at the bar.
Great also knowing that their meat is all sourced from a local Florida farm that uses no antibiotics or hormones.

It's such a great local restaurant. Mushroom toast was spectacular, the mushrooms were local (Delray), and they were the star. Pickles and pimento made my southern soul proud and happy. Rigatoni with a chicken meatball was hearty and filling. I had a strawberry gin mule and it was very special. My husband had an old fashioned and a whiskey barrel beer, and both will be reordered next time. Colleen, our server, was very informative and made a great night for us. We will be back soon to try the brunch and prime rib Sundays.

Excellent service. Colleen and Harry were awesome. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. Burgers are fantastic. Key lime pie was the best we ever had. Ever. We will be back.

My wife and I went there yesterday for lunch and had a wonderful experience. Our server Aindi was incredible; very attentive to our table and did a great job of answering our questions about the menu offerings. I had the butcher burger with two patties, it was delicious; very juicy from the first bite and melted in your mouth. The brioche bun worked really well with the meat, it was arguably one of the few times where I made a point of eating the entire bun. My wife ordered the french dip. Since she doesn't eat bread the chef was able to accommodate her without any issues. I tried a bite and found the rib eye used for the sandwich to be very flavorful.

One additional thing I always like to share, the cleanliness of the bathroom. This restaurant's bathroom was well maintained, looked clean, and smelled clean. Great job to the staff for that.

I would strongly recommend this place. My wife and I look forward to coming back in the near future and trying more items on the menu.

Even though they were short staffed, the staff there did a great job at serving. We just got a bunch of different appetizers and shared them. That was a fun experience and we loved everything we tried. I went there specifically to get a hot dog because that had actually been featured by Guy Fieri on his TV show, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. I was disappointed that I couldn't get the hot dog but they change their menu daily so to provide the freshest ingredients all locally sourced.

Came for lunch. We ate hot dogs, the smash burger and the Philly Cheesesteak. Also ordered skirt steak from the butcher. All of it was flavorful and fresh. Great service, cute environment.

Best experience in boynton I’ve had so far. Rotating menu, everything fresh and locally sourced. Will be back again, weekly. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience. We came to the restaurant this evening. It was our first time, but certainly will not be our last. The food was excellent. The service was amazing. Everyone was very accommodating, including accommodating a disability, without any issue at all. I highly recommend.

A nice new addition to Boynton Beach! I just went with my wife and a friend last night for the Butcher Bites (tapas style small plates). We tried a ton of the items, but a few stood out: the meatloaf sliders, the meat sheet (charcuterie board), and the baked chicken meatballs were our favorites! The drinks were unique and well crafted, especially the Barrel-Aged Coffee Manhattan, which was especially smooth. The service was phenomenal - very courteous and helpful. Just consider that it's tapas and the hand crafted drinks can add up quickly, so you can rack up a bill. It's a great place for a date night or experience dinner! Absolutely recommend!

Had a great meal here. The burger was wonderful, and the meat was top-notch. Spinach salad was fresh and paired well with the burger. We are from the PNW with lots of breweries and pubs. This butcher/ bar combo is worth the stop.

Very sweet and quaint space. Sat at the bar with a friend. Watched amazing craft cocktails being made by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wonderful whiskey choices. Wound up doing a flight and was provided some background on the whiskey and also how to properly sip and look for specific flavors. I did not eat dinner (although my meat eater friends rave about their menu). But I did order the olives and truffle fries. Amazing! Don’t forget to try the bread pudding dessert with a bourbon (see pic). It’s the perfect paring to end your evening.

My wife and I loved this place. We had dinner on Saturday night. Harry our server was excellent. Pork belly burnt ends were great. Spinach and apple salad was fresh and delicious. Seared duck breast was perfect. Sauce with duck was incredible. Brussel sprouts were good but could have used a little more bacon. We can't wait to go back and try their Porchetta sandwich and the burger.

If you're in town you need to check this place out. We went back and I'm glad I did. The staff are friendly and always only a moment away. I was surprised at how quickly the food came out. We didn't want to be out all night but this is the kind of place that can get you fed fast and also leave you be and let you sip one of their incredible cocktails. The people behind this spot must be pretty special (I don't know them). There's an attention to your experience that is noticeable. You have got to check this spot out.

Where do I start? We are newish in Boynton and have been looking for our “to-go” spot on date nights and let me tell you this place was AMAZING! Superseded our expectations. Let me start with the food! Wonderful plates to share they change the menu daily we had the chicken meatballs, potato wedges, meat pies, biscuits and the bread pudding. One thing was better than the other! 👌 now to the drinks! My favorite part of the night!! The bartender “Swig” made us WONDERFUL off the menu drinks! I love when ppl are so passionate on what they do! Hannah our server was extremely nice and gave us great suggestions for food! This place deserves over 5 starts! Everyone was so friendly, the atmosphere and ambiance was great! We even had entertainment for free 😆 this guy complaining he was charge 0.20 for extra sauce.. I guess you can’t please everyone.. keep it up the butcher and the bar you gain new regular customers! Thanks again for the amazing experience!!

My mom & I went to Florida for a week and went back to The Butcher and The Bar multiple times 🤤🖤

The food was absolutely incredible. I had the breakfast sandwich, the potato wedges, and the espresso martini multiple times during our visit and the mushroom crostini was so, so good. 😍
