I give 5 stars to Addison Storage with no doubt. I have been with them since 2009 and I must say that the people/workers are always willing to help you with a great smile. This facility is a trustworthy place to keep your belongings. It has the best location in Boca Raton. Very clean, excellent maintenance and an extraordinary video surveillance,flexible hours. I highly recommend it. Thank you for you great service!!

I have had a very good experience at Addison Storage for the past three years. My unit is clean, well maintained, temperature and humidity controlled. Completely vermin free! No bugs! No mice! Great security. Great customer care! I enjoy the being at Boca Raton’s best Self Storage facility.

Love our experience at Addison Storage! Extremely clean, extremely safe, and extremely reliable. Hours are good and staff is SO helpful and friendly! We love the climate control for our more valuable and fragile goods. Plus the new solar panels are so cool and amazing!!!!!!

I have been using Addison Storage for about six years now and it is the best storage place by far, not only just in Boca Raton, but anywhere else in the country I’ve ever used! The units are so clean you could eat off the floors and it is so well run, air-conditioned, well-maintained, best place ever! I give it five stars but if I could give it more, I would give it 100 stars!

I have used other storage facilities and this one out performs others, hands down. Here are a few reasons why:
Other facilities say they are clean and climate controlled. Addison is not only climate controlled, it is humidity controlled. This is important if you are storing artwork, photos, fabrics, musical instruments and anything that, if damp, will mold. And clean? Absolutely! No dirt anywhere!
Other facilities are accessible 24 hours. Addison is not. It closes at night for your security. Their hours are more than reasonable for you to enter when you need to do so.
The manager is at Addison is friendly, helpful and knowledgable.
And, last, but not least, Addison Storage has clean rest rooms on site that customers can use. Other storage facilities do not provide this amenity.

Entering through the pristine rod iron gates you immediately feel your personal/business belongings are safe. All of your prized possessions are stored in locked, air conditioned units that are monitored 24/7 by in-house camera's. This is the cleanest and safest, family run storage building I've ever been to. The outside is obliviously well maintained, which reflects on the owner's care of the property. Not your usual storage unit. Definitely rent a unit here.

This place is fantastic! Hours and location are convenient, the warehouse is well lit, and there's never any issue with parking or access. I'm also impressed at the level of automation and security, and the entire property is always well kept. Melinda (the Office/Warehouse Manager) is super friendly and very helpful, and she clearly takes pride in her job. We own a restaurant nearby and frequently bring in/take-out heavy pieces of equipment, and the fact that they have heavy-duty dollies at the entrance makes the loading/removal process that much easier. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, their pricing is extremely fair, and I'd even go as far as to say that's it's quite aggressive when you compare it to some of the more well-known brands. If you're looking for a solid and affordable storage place in East Boca then look no further (assuming they have any space left...because they're that good!!)

This is without a doubt the best storage unit facility in the area. It's clean, affordable, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. If you have not checked it out and are considering one of the "big guys" you need to reconsider. This family run business is absolutely worth every penny.
