Came to Cricket from Metro and it was the easiest purchase I have made when getting a new phone. Rachel helped me and I was able to keep my number and Get a new phone with case and liquid glass for the screen. Rachel knew everything im that I asked her and was confident in telling me about each phone to help me with my decision to make my purchase. I’m a general contractor and I had kicked my phone on accident in a storm drain. I didn’t have no codes or passwords to none of my stuff came in there in a panic. I literally lost all the jobs that I had already took deposits on in all my info and directions to all the jobs and peoples numbers so I was in complete panic when I walked in the door. And the girl Rachelle Working did great help me get a new phone and help get everything back on my phone and it wasn’t easy with no passwords or Apple ID. She never once got frustrated and she was very helpful which is nice when somebody like me is in panic mode. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks cricket for doing an amazing job.

I got my iPhone SE here from a girl named Rachel she was extremely nice and well trained. Knew her product and showed great customer service. The owner also happened to be there and showed nothing but respect and care for the business. Will definitely be back to get all my upgrades!!!!

I also will add how clean and tidy the store was as in these times this is a very important thing. And it is nice to see how all employees follow protocol with wearing masks as well. I recently had some phone issues with my iPhone, and was frustrated with my current mobile carrier. So I decided to pop into cricket and see what they offered. I was instantly greeted by Rachel, who’s personality and customer service took up the entire room. I immediately knew I made a good decision. She answered all my questions. Kept it real with me. We even had some laughs. Anyways, I got a new phone, and a new plan (bought some accessories as well) and it ended up being less expensive than previous carrier. I’ve been signed up for two weeks now and have had zero issues. Cricket was the right choice for me, and I would pay double considering the service I got. Lastly, Rachel is hot af. Stop in. Trust me.

So I was in desperate need of a phone. And I had the easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a new phone. Rachel was super helpful and friendlym by far the best customer service I've had in a long. And she has a beautiful smile 😁. I will be back againbwithout a doubt.

Rachel was very friendly and helpful! I’m not a customer of that store but I had just got a new iphone and was in the area. She helped me pick out a new case and was super friendly. She didn’t even have to assist me since I am not a Cricket customer. When my current contract is up, I may just become a Cricket Newport customer. Thanks Rachel!

I went in looking for an android galaxy but the girl working behind the counter, I think her name was Rachel? She explained the difference between the types of phones and i ended up getting the new iPhone. She is great at customer service and is very well educated on cell phones. I definitely recommend her and send all my friends to see her when they are looking for phones

Absolutely loved the experience I had while visiting this store. I have been on the hunt for a good service plan and they have several good priced plans Rachel was so helpful at explaining everything to me and she really made me feel like she wanted to help me out which is rare cause most those phone places are only out to get a commission

Omg Rachel at Cricket Newport, Ky location was amazing. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I was able to keep my number. Wasnt sure what phone i wanted so she asked me what i needed n wanted in a phone n that was it. She did everything!!! It was great. I didnt have to make a decision at all she did it all. I am so so happy with my phone which was free still have my number she linked everything from my old one to my new one and made me feel so special. I have since contacted her to thank her n she made me feel like i was her only customer in the world again. If cricket wasnt a great cell service to begin with i would stay just for the exceptional customer service i get from rachel. Thank you rachel. You are the best.
