My Best Pharmacy

After calling My Best Pharmacy with questions about a prescription I was surprised that customer service DOES exist! Not only were the 'phone' staff professional and courteous, my in-person visit to the pharmacy was amazing. Yanna took the time to explain the options regarding bio-identical hormones etc. Highly recommend My Best Pharmacy!

Publix, CVS, and Walgreens pharmacies can't offer the service and attention to detail that is necessary for taking pharmaceuticals. Just because it's prescription doesn't mean much but if there is an interaction, My Best Pharmacy will take the care and time to work with you.

Yana is not only amazing, she is an inspirin
g human. I drive an hour to use this pharmacy since I moved. Having an independent place in this case is an extraordinary experience compared to chains. Best wishes to my fellow humanitarians who are suffering.

I had the pleasure of meeting Yana Birbrayer while on a recent trip to the area during which I needed to get a medication Rx filled. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable; she provided the type of customer service you don’t always get at large chain pharmacies. In a world where it’s increasingly difficult for independent pharmacies to survive, small pharmacies like My Best Pharmacy are hidden gems. It was my pleasure to support a locally owned small business.

I am a grandparent of a child needing specialized medications. Every time I go into My Best Pharmacy I get treated with such care. The meds are always ready the same day they’re requested! The staff is personable, professional, and willing to answer any of my concerns. I can not say enough good things about the pharmacy and the service.

I contacted My Best Pharmacy and spoke with pharmacist Yana. She was very professional and answered all my questions and was eager to help. I made the decision to transfer ALL my prescriptions from a larger chain, to My Best Pharmacy right then. The staff are so kind and it’s more like a little family than a pharmacy. So glad I made the change.

The service here is ABOVE AND BEYOND! They greet me by name and cultivate an atmosphere that is warm and friendly. The owner is always there. She is knowledgeable and always makes time to answer my questions. I recently moved over a half hour away but I continue to come here because it really is My Best Pharmacy!

My Best Pharmacy really is the best. I imagine My Best Rx is what pharmacies used to be like back in the day. Everyone knows there knows my name, the medications I take, and my medical history. I know all their names as well. Prescriptions are ready in minutes not hours, even with brand new prescriptions. Only one time did they not have one of my meds in stock when it was due but that was during covid when trump was tampering with USPS trying to steal the election. They filled that Rx the next day.

Treamendos coustumer service ! I had gone to so many Pharmacy where I was treated like another number waited hours or given attitude. Not here . The staff was super kind and went off their way to work with my insurance and get me in and out as fast as possible. Not to mention their prices are absolutely on point. I recomend anyone and everyone to go to the first. The establishment is clean , and is close to I 95 on gateway. I personally drive 25 mins from my home just to see them because I love the way they treat me and can't stand waiting at the bigger pharmacys all day just to be told no or come back next week . 5 stars from me . Great job Ladies !!!

They are extremely professional and understanding. You don't just feel like a number walking in........they make you feel like a real person, which is rare these days. Yana, the owner, was so helpful and really cared about my circumstances. I would recommend them to everybody.

Have to agree with all the other reviews, this is THE BEST PHARMACY. They take your need for medications seriously and work with you to get the best prices for those medications. They don't even compare to CVS and Walgreens, who were very rude and degrading because I was on pain medications too. You will love them, give them a try.

I have been looking for a medication that has been out of stock for about 2 months. I called the pharmacy and they helped me order and receive the medication within 24 hours. I was out of the country and the owner/pharmacist went above and beyond to get my information, call my insurance and have everything ready for me. She even found me a $80.00 coupon to lower my co-pay which was almost $300. Then, to top it off, when I arrived there I found out they even deliver. Highly highly recommended.

I needed a compound of Acetylcysteine For a nebulizer. Couldn’t find it at any pharmacies but was able to get it here! The staff was so helpful and was even able to find me a good price. Very friendly, I will definitely be coming here again and would highly recommend this pharmacy.

I have always been made to feel like family in every good sense of the word. Where other pharmacies have failed, Yana always can find the drug you need in the time frame that you need it. The extra work involved is part of the incomparable service all with a smile at every turn.
