New Luxur Nails Spa

I have struggled to find a good nail salon and decided to give this place a try. I called this morning and was able to get an appointment right away. I walked in and my appointment started right on time. The staff is super nice and friendly and the place is immaculately clean. My daughter wanted a cow print design and without hesitation Thy did an amazing job. She loves them!! Rachel helped me to pick out a beautiful color. The prices were very reasonable, especially the kid’s pricing, which I have found at most places, is just as much as the adults. We will definitely be back. Thank you Thy and Rachel!

Kayla always rocks my acrylics I swear by her work! I work where I have to dig in ice all the time & she does them to where they still never break on me❤ Thy slayed my pedicure as well. They want you to be relaxed throughout your experience.

Queen is the best ! I did a fall matte color today and she always takes care of my needs, does great massages, and helps my ingrown toenail more than a podiatrist has for me!! Love Luxur Nails. Have been here for years

I brought in pictures for inspiration. I needed a new dip powder set and nail design. I was given great service and Quinn did an excellent job achieving the result I wanted. In fact, my Mom admired it so much that she had Quinn do the same nails art for her!

I’ve been going to Luxur for several years. Queen does my nails and she is the absolute best! I have very hurtful ingrown toe nails and if it weren’t for her amazing skills, I don’t know how I would cope. Plus she is sweet, kind, and caring. The shop is always so clean and when I make an appointment, I am greeted and sat down immediately. I would never go anywhere else and I drive 45 minutes from Jasper to go there. It’s definitely worth the trip!

Friend & I had mani/pedicures, the service was excellent!! Tan gave the best pedicure I’ve ever had, took extra care to area I noted was of concern on my toes! Great Job!

This place is literally the best place i’ve found . They are very precise and quick with their work especially in acrylic nails. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for reasonable prices!!

Rachel was awesome! My pedicure was fantastic and turned out beautifully! The owners are awesome as well! Greet many customers by name. They are fast and friendly and give accurate wait times on busy weekends.

I went here on Mother's Day. The wait was very short 10 minutes. I enjoyed the chairs and the pedicure was amazing. I will definitely return.

I am never disappointed in my nails when I come here. These are acrylic with extensions, and gel color OPI 102 or “Bubble Bath”.

I live in Ball Ground and drive to this nail salon rather then going to any other. I've tried the nail spa on Reinhardt College Pkwy - more expensive for not as good of work. I've tried one by my house and, though it was family owned, I literally had a teenager doing my pedicure. No thanks. I LOVE Queen and Kim at Luxur! I am treated with kindness and courtesy every visit. The staff is friendly and helpful. The nail techs seem well trained and do a fabulous job. I'm also not pushed to get more "work" done then I request. The overall atmosphere is warm and cozy, and they are reasonably priced. You can make reservations via their Facebook page or call - plus, they have a reward system where you earn points for every visit! They also run specials or give discounts periodically. Amazing customer care and quality service!!

I have been coming here with my girlfriends and bringing my daughter for a few years now and have never really had any issues. We've always been happy with the customer service and their work. We don't come in super regularly either, so I wasn't expecting any VIP treatment. That. Ding said, recently we came in to have my daughters back to school full set done. (She's 15) The shop was busy, but they did their thing and everything seemed fine they even swapped colors when she didn't like the -one. Unfortunately, the next day several of the nails popped off all at different times of her day and not with circumstances that would usually cause that. Weird! So I brought her back in and asked them to give me a "do over" (again nothing like this had ever happened before) they were so great and it was about 30 minutes before they closed, so I wasn't sure they'd be willing to help. They got us right in and started completely from scratch! I don't think it would have been that easy at other shops. I've been in this situation before and usually it's everyone's fault but theirs. NOT THE CASE HERE! They apologized for the inconvenience and did a great job!!! They have earned my future business for sure!

I’ve been going to Luxur nails for probably about a year now and I am never disappointed! Hugh is the guy to see, I have two young children and work with my hands constantly under water. My nails always look like they did the first day I got them done until it’s time to go back. He is a true artists and takes time to make sure he gives you the best quality work.

Every time i come here it is wonderful. The nail techs really know what they’re doing. Today i got an organic pedicure and Kayley did wonderful. I really enjoy coming to this place, because the employees are so kind. I rarely get my nails done but when i do i will always come here :)

I have used this nail spa ever since it opened.
The employees are very professional and receptive. The owners are very cordial and insist that everyone is pleased with the service they receive. Most importantly, they are extremely clean and conscious of keeping everyone safe.
I had extensive foot surgery and Queen took every precaution in handling my medical situation.
I am always recommending this spa to friends and neighbors. #5stars

This place was amazing!!! Rachel did my gel manicure and she did such a good job. You have to go here. The place is so nice and clean, and so many open spots to sit. It’s so big and luxurious and cheap. I 100% recommended!!!

My family and I went to Luxur to get deluxe pedicures. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially to my grandmother who doesn't get pedicures often. There was no feeling of rushing even though it was pretty busy. There was a problem with my nail polish and my nail tech helped match the color as closely as he could, and it was spot on. Love this place.
