My food was hot and fresh when I tell you I haven’t had Wendy’s This good in a long time and I placed my mobile order I didn’t have to wait long I had to give them a great review because they did really well with customer service and food handling.

I have never really felt led to leave a review somewhere but these people are so nice, helpful and friendly. The staff always makes sure we have what we need, the food is always hot and delicious. I’ve had to come to Albany 6 times in the past few weeks to visit someone and their food is awesome. I always stop by.

Good place good food sometimes late at night there seems to be short staff, it's an all male staff it's like 3 of
them Jesus Christ. The drive through line takes too long. I'm not being those 3 they just need help if anything.

I visited this location yesterday. I ordered my normal Double with No Cheese, Large Fry & Large Sweet Tea. When I arrived at the window to pay I asked the cashier if the 🍟 we're hot? She immediately said we can drop you some fresh fries, just pull to the side and we will bring out your order. This entire process took approximately 5 minutes. When my food arrived everything was fresh and hot and the sweat tea was sweet. Great customer at this Wendy location yesterday.

Just a quick order on the app. Get to the first window and its like the girl did not know what to say... Might want to do a little bit of training... Idk,maybe "thanks you for using the app, your food will be ready at the next window." Instead... I got... "Uhhh,OK, you can pull up"..

Best Wendy's experience I've ever had and it's because of Jaketa. I've spent a good amount of time in restaurant management and if I was still in the industry I would steal her! Extremely friendly and insured everything was excellent! Wish I lived in the area so I could return.

Me and hubby have decided that the wendy's in moultrie is by far our favorite - it's okay to wait in line in drivethru a few minutes as we know that our food will always be done perfectly!
Burgers are moist & juicy as well as well dressed, the fries are always piping hot (unlike other places), the strawberry chicken salad is my personal new favorite while it lasts w plump juicy berries on a bed of mixed greens with grilled chicken & both grated and shaved parmesan w dressing. The window help is very polite & courteous regardless of how busy they are.. I appreciate this and would give this store 9.89 of 10...

The visit was mostly pleasant, definitely beat the past experience I've had at Wendy's and makes me reconsider the opinions I have on the franchise seeing the whole formula executed properly and having excellent customer service. As an added bonus, the promotions at this location were also with much variety, some which I'm yet to see at my local Wendy's restaurant.

Mark me impressed, because I have changed my attitude towards the company thanks to this experience.

Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The only thing missing was lettuce on my burger, but they did have a sign on the drive thru speaker indicating lettuce wasn't available.

Wendy's is always good.... Maybe long drive thru wait but the food is always good.

Great hot food. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Customer service is awesome. Radium Middle Athletics and Monroe High baseball use this location after games and they provide great service to these student-athletes and coaches. If you're a coach and traveling to Albany with an athletic team, I highly recommend this location. Thanks Wendy's for taking care of our student-athletes this season!

Food's always fresh and hot even late at night love it here.

My review of this location today is even better than the one I posted 2 years ago.
The morning staff fulfilled a very large request that I ordered for the employees at my son's school.

Cashier was super nice and service was excellent. Good was hot freshly made and took no time at all.

Food was made to order. Drive thru person was courteous and professional.

Food was great. It just that my chicken sandwich had that big azz piece of lettuce with the stem (No). LOL. I will return this hold the STEM 🤣😂🤣🤣😂🤣😂🤣😍😍😍😍😍

The cashier's were nice,Food fresh and hot and they even put them in separate bags and folded them

The current staff is friendly and understanding. They will go out their way to make sure you go home happy.
