I was very pleased with the greeting and entire experience at this location. Julie greeted me and came to assist me within the first minute of being in the store. Jasmine gave great backup to Julie, and they work very well together. I also observed Brendan, who did a great job of customer service with other guests. They all made a very great impression and definitely gave a great experience.

Julie and Adrian are amazing and I'm so pleased to take my business to them over and over again. They always provide the best service and are the most friendly and professional people I've ever dealt with! I've bought multiple pieces here and 10/10 would buy again!

Came to exchange a Christmas gift. While I was in store I asked about a screw back for my stud earrings that I lost. I had been searching for a new one since loosing one a few years ago. I have tried several jewelry stores over the years, and every time they did not have a match. FINALLY, the wait is over!!!!! J our sales associate was very attentive, patient, and friendly! Superb customer service! I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience! Thank you J! You are the man!!!! LOL!

Wonderful experience at Jared in the Woodstock. Specifically, Brittany the store manager, provided excellent customer service. She explained each item thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable about the details of each piece I inquired. She made the shopping experience for my sister and I a pleasure!

I went in there to look at the ring called the Chosen an Adrian greeted me the moment he got a chance too when he saw me. He was working with another customer but still took the time to greet me. Once he noticed that another customer was helped me before me when I was next he was still working with his customer's he apologized mind you still helping his current customers. So because of that I stayed an waited for him to assist me. I wanted to look at a few rungs an he also offered to clean the rings that I had on. He also let me know that my ring had a loose diamond an offered to send it off to get repaired. This young man has amazing customer service he got me to look at some watches even tho that's not why I came in there. I most definitely appreciate amazing customer service an this young man went above an beyond too show me great experience in this store. I will make sure when I come back that way again to most definitely pop in to see this young man.

I went in a few weeks ago and hand the best experience with Adrian, he was very personable and helped me look and try on many items in the store. He made my experience one to remember and even helped me add some of the items I tried on into my wish list! I will definitely be back to get some of those:)

I had such a great experience here! The moment I walked in I was greeted. I called in before coming and spoke to Jimmy. He was very helpful and informative over the phone so when I walked into the store he was ready to meet with me and help me find the watch I had my mind set on. And not only did he help me find the watch, he taught me how to wind it and take proper care of it. Jimmy if you are reading this thank you and I’ll see you for my next watch purchase!

De'ja is probably the most authentic jeweler I met! When you go to these store jewelry stores they don't really connect with you, they just aggressively push the up sale. De'ja was NOT like that. She took her time and connected with me and made me feel comfortable about what I was looking for. If you go to this location ASK FOR DEJA!!! TRUST ME

Deja is the best!!!! Anytime I'm looking for a special gift for my husband, I go to her. My husband and I have bought a few pieces of jewelry from her. Deja has a beautiful personality, very helpful and knowledgeable. Deja takes the time to make sure her customers are satisfied with their purchase.
