I find William Hornby to be highly informative and takes time with me as is needed. He suggests things that other doctors seem too busy for. I will take intelligence, efficiency and truly caring for me any day over doctors who just want you in and out. I’m 61 and he has helped me greatly with important issues that specialists have missed. Other doctors seem fake and fast. My calls are always returned same day and prescriptions and referrals sent immediately. I have seen online that is says they close at 4 but they still call me with appointment reminders and return my voicemails even after 6 pm. They are surely not running out early on any day, this place has been a Godsend for me!

I have seen this doctor for over three years and I recommend him to everybody even those who have been with their own doctors for years and tell them how great he is...
You don't really have to wait that long and if you need to spend 10 minutes in the room with him then you do, however if there's an issue going on, and you need to spend 45 minutes in the room with him, you do...
He is very sure to check all of your medicines and make sure none of them interact with the other medicines which I have never really had and any other Dr or even Pharmacy however because of my many health issues he checks and double-checks
He cares so much that he is even called on a Saturday before!!!
What doctor does that???
If you need scripts and you tell him at the doctor's office they are promptly called in to your pharmacist
In finishing I would just say that I would recommend this doctor any time hands down in fact I have could have moved a few times and stayed in the area just because of him and a couple other doctors that I have
Friday is the only day that they are closed...

Dr. Larrazabal is very thorough and helps you with how to avoid problems instead of just treating what could have been avoided. Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable about everything I have asked about and explaining treatment.

Dr. Fermin is really good and caring. Clearly knows what he’s talking about. Staff is pretty good too! Last appt took over an hour but overall I’m very happy with them.

I've been a patient of Dr.larrazabals. for six years and at first I was impressed. How ever I haven't seen him in for years I've been pushed aside and I've seen a pa. William hornby nice guy but I have stage4# cancer and I need to see a Dr. Who cares about me and when I call I'm on hold for a unreasonable amount of time . They don't mind collecting the money .and I'm being charged two see a Dr. And this is not acceptable for no one I'm so disappointed and have known other alternatives but two seek a new Dr.
