I've always had good experiences when visiting this store.
I called last week to inquire about something that I needed and the gentleman that assisted me was very helpful. I will continue to shop here whenever possible.

Just left this store and can’t thank Kevin enough! I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. And I needed help! He found me the drill I was looking for (along with the discount I saw online…and then some!) That was a pleasant surprise. :) His knowledge of something as small as a drill bits/drivers & masonry bits may sound silly but was honestly so helpful to me. And he even told me they had the terracotta pots I had been looking for, even though we were just talking about them in casual conversation. He won over my business and I will be going back to this ACE store for all of my needs. He’s a great asset to your store!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thanks again.

Took mother there to get some light bulbs for her. The salesman was very helpful, to help us determine what type to get. Very surprisingly, he informed us that light bulbs have changed over the years. No more "regular 40watt" bulbs.
They now make "energy saver", "CFL", "LED" light bulbs. These are also cost-effective on your power bill as opposed to your regular hight wattage light bulbs.
I actually love they way they look also. My mom got the "regular" shaped light 💡; I got the spiral shaped, energy saver light bulb.
I was also able to pick up a few other small items at checkout. Great experience.
Just looked,need to get two more for my bathroom 🚽

Out of stock on one of the items I specifically went there for but their staff and service makes the trip worthwhile and they have many other things that are fairly priced or better than the big box.

Very helpful right away when I went in and cashier was very pleasant..I got what I needed. They may not carry everything but it's much better service than when you go to big store and when you can't find what your looking for you have to search for someone to ask for help..

We had excellent service and advice from this store. We bought PVC pipe and connectors to make a frame to stop the slide-out awnings on our RV from flapping in the wind and collecting water when it rains. We had a basic idea of what we wanted to do, but needed help with the finer points. Thanks!

Went to get birdseed last night around 6pm- every employee greeted me promptly and kindly, helped me find the seed and offered to carry it all up for me. Wonderful customer service!

Everyone here is so helpful AND knowledgeable! If they don't have what you need, they know where to point you for the exact product or tool for your issue.

Always friendly, helpful to a fault. This is what I remember, as a kid, going to the hardware store with my grandfather. Love this place

Great store. Friendly and knowledge staff. Well stocked in depth and breadth of inventory. This is a real hardware store. One of my fav places to shop.

I had my old beat up screens replaced and they did a fantastic job. They had to totally redo my screens. They got the measurements right on the money. And even if they hadn't gotten the measurements right they would have redone them for me.
