the manager of the store vince was such a help to me earlier this week i had to change my phone plan and he was so dedicated on helping me even though it was a very long process he helped through every step of the way i’ll never forget him!

This manager at this store , VINCE is the reason why I've stayed with Metro for so long now. Soon as I walked in the door I felt like I was welcomed not for commission but bc this man genuinely cares for the customer and his purpose . He was just doing him without trying to sell me up . He's the type of employee most places lack now a days , he is humble and made me feel comfortable and trusting in him. He knew all the answers to my questions and nothing I asked had a negative response. Thanks Vince I will coming to ur store now !!

When I have questions they always find an answer. When I need a new phone they help me to choose the perfect phone for my needs. I bought my daughter a phone and got the perfect case for her. She loved it! I'm a customer for life.

I've been to this store on several occasions to ask questions about my phone, service, new phones, etc. The young woman, Cynthia, who has helped me each time is very personable and concise. She has been able to answer every question and resolve every issue. She is an asset to your store.

Vince is an amazing manager he handle his self very well when a customer was being rude to him this morning because of the extra fee to pay inside the store even when they said something racist to him he handle it very well!

This store has all other MetroPCS stores beat by far! Nobody pushing unnecessary purchases on me. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. No long wait time. These workers at this particular store should get a raise because i have had such miserable experiences at the other stores. We were ready to switch to a different carrier all together until yesterday when we came here.
