Dr Sandra Buchanon and Rachel Salerno ARNP are both very caring, attentive and knowledgeable. The entire staff at their office is cheerful and they return calls promptly. I was a little apprehensive about having to switch primary care Doctors after so many years with the same one, but a change in insurance required that I find a new Doctor. At the time I had to wait for an appointment as a new patient, but it was worth the wait! That was almost 2 years ago and I am still thrilled to be under the care of this great team.

She is the best doctor, and I have had her as my doctor since she opened her practice. She is caring, extremely knowledgable, and very specific--everything a person needs in a doctor who knows her patients well and does not not treat patients as robots.

Wonderful doctor, thorough

I met this doctor right after my step dad died from MAJOR stroke. He was having neurological issues since 2016. Doctor dod nothing. I told my mom to see neuro doctor...

2 weeks before he died, mom was told to get off blood thinner and switched to baby aspirin....as it cost 180.00 for the pills!! They are in their late 70s and expect the doctor to guide them. I went in after my dad died and met this doctor. She was rude/uncaring and pretty much told my mom that it was th ed re faukt he had a stoke cause he got off blood thinner...he was in ER the night before he died and was sent home to only end up with major stroke that next morning. This was in 2019 ....ER doctors said he must have had previous stroke in past years or so. In 2016 was when all this started. Walking out at 2am ...not knowing where he is....forgetting my mom and showing signs of dementia...this doctor did NOTHING.

I left a message on the weekend to try and get in during the week and the office staff never returned my call. I called the cranky lady at the desk myself for them to tell me that they weren't receiving new patients. This is absolutely ridiculous that I had to reach out a second time and that they couldn't return my call and tell me this so I could look elsewhere immediately. Clearly urgency and care are not at the top of their priority list.

Beware of this doctor she either will not return very important calls or very slow to do so , my wife had a life threatening event while under this doctors care and still no calls from her . We now have a new doctor !!!
