Ann Taylor Factory Store

I had to run into this Ann Taylor Factory last minute, and in a rush, to find interview outfits for national news outlets. Lisa was a true angel in disguise. She helped put three outfits together in less than 20 minutes during a very stressful time. If you need someone to help you shop and put outfits together, I highly recommend Lisa. Love how easy it is to shop there. They actually have tops to match pants and skirts. Staff is really nice and helpful too!!

The staff at this store is absolutely incredible. Everyone was so kind and so helpful. Julie deserves an extra special shout-out. If you need help, she’s the girl to go to. So thankful for her helping me figure out the best size, style, and fit for me. She was also just a really nice person who made the experience a great one. Beyond the staff, the store was also super clean and organized, and had a good selection of merchandise. Highly recommend.

This Ann Taylor gave me the best customer service experience I've ever had. I came in to the store looking for an outfit to wear to an interview, and the manager and staff treated me like royalty. They had great, honest opinions about every outfit and wanted to see everything. They were constantly checking for different items they thought I would like and were so genuinely kind about everything. I ended up with a great look I felt wonderful in, and they even steamed my entire outfit for me so I wouldn't have to for my interview. Could not have wanted a better experience. Also- I got the job, so I think the outfit was a success.

Great selection and price. Was offered to start a dressing room but given enough breathing room to shop around and look at everything. The two ladies at the cash wrap were also very polite. Good experience all around and large selection of petite sizes.

Nysia was very knowledgeable in all styles. I came in looking for a dress for a wedding. I was very anxious as I was having a hard time finding something that fit. She noticed my hesitations and responded with a beautiful dress, necklace and earrings. Very happy with her service. Thank you!!

Great customer service!!! I couldn't find the correct size in store she helped me try on some things found my true size and placed the order for me! The order was on time even soon than expected I am a happy customer!!
