McDonald's

We had to wait a little longer because a worker was helping another worker which I respect. The service was good from the second door greeting me with positive energy this morning 🫶🏾 but my grandma had peppermint moca coffee but it wasn't hot enough tho but it's okay. I hope that the young lady from the second window this morning has a good new year👍🏾

The manager with the locs and the young lady at the register were so kind. I came in during my son's birthday to grab lunch .. something went wrong at the kiosk and she blessed us with a free meal. They were so kind and the place is CLEAN. Hopefully the play area will be open soon. You all made my day and kindness goes a longggg way. Thank you for being kind!

Went through the drive-thru. Service was fast and the employees were nice. I ordered a #3: Double Quarter Pounder Combo Meal, large. The food was delicious though the french fries seemed different from what I remember them being. Note that I hadn't been to McDonald's in years. Don't know if they changed them or what.

I am using the app I like it so far . Food always fresh even though I ordered ahead. Wish I could get cups of ice or cups of water or add Mac sauce when using the app.
Other than that I am.loving it... lol

Visiting from out of town, and the customer service was amazing! Better than any McDonald’s I’ve been to. The food was fresh and came out quickly.

Great staff. We left the derby Sat night 10/28/22 and it was just as this location was about to close the lobby and they let us in regardless, and took great care of us. The staff was awesome and we were very thankful for them as we had hungry adults and kids. Thank you for being so amazing to us.

The only McDonald's to have the drinks we wanted the ice cream working. They did a great job so glad they cared about there customers are important.

We were traveling with our camper, so couldn't use the drive thru, and the inside dining was closed. The employees were so friendly and kind - they let me walk up to the window to order and were very accommodating with big smiles. Food was hot and delicious.

I was served quickly and the food was hot. My order was correct and they all had smiles! I would take picture but I already ate the food

this McDonald's is always very nice and if the lines a little slow they'll sometimes give you your order in front of the other ones so you don't have to wait. So that is nice and even though it doesn't have room for a long line it does move pretty quick. You have to be a little careful getting in and out with the road so close but it's a normal McDonald's enjoy!

It's McDonald's I don't go here with high expectations.

Don't normally frequent McDonald's, but stopped in for breakfast.
This changed my mind.
Had the sausage and egg biscuits with milk.
I have to say that I was quite surprised with the food quality.
Excellent for the cost and portions adequate.
The help is little less to be desired as the manager helped with orders, but assisted professionally.
I will recommend for breakfast, not sure about the burgers. But, I may just try.

Good and fresh food!

Few minutes ago was fine. I know most of the afternoon when I stopped by to get something. They always said; welcome to McDonald’s we’re not taking any orders right now.

Ok so I have been reading these reviews and most of them say we not friendly and we need to learn from chick-fa-la. So first we actually don’t be rude because we have certain rules to follow we are not the white folks who wake up all happy and be so happy to take your order we say hey how you doing and take your order and meet you at the next window. Second when it comes to the ice cream machine for y’all information we clean the machine every day well really every hour and when we say the machine doesn’t work the machine REALLY DOESNT WORK. The machine be needing new parts. Third when it comes to drive thru and only one speaker is being answered that means only one speaker works so that not our fault if you still defined to go over there and wait. When it comes to food and you’ve been waiting for like 30 mins or something we are waiting on your food to get done cooking. Some of you people gotta understand that we are the busiest Mcdonald’s in albany so we be trying to go as fast as we can and do what we can do for you. Also when it come to having the wrong food sometimes we pick up the wrong burgers by accident if there is no label on them so to end this off if you wanna say something bad about a. mcdonald’s that you don’t work at understand what we have to go through everyday.

Always love it when fries are hot and you get what you order

I've been collecting kids meal toys for over 35 years so when I heard about the 40th anniversary toys I was excited. I went to my usual restuarant and talked to Deanna. She understands and I thank her for putting up with me. I got my toys!! Thanks again Deanna.

Clean. I've never had a dirty table issue. Grounds and restrooms clean. Friendly staff the majority of the time. Could consider LesGo Service and with a possible contract with LesGo Service, a local business could help another branch out as well as gain dependable transportation for staff as well as guaranteed business weekly from other local companies under contacts.

Was one of my favorite but the last 2 weeks it's been very disappointing. They're frappe machine for whatever reason is always being cleaned which obviously takes hours instead of 30 min or its completely broke and waiting to be fixed. They need to get it together!!!!

My favorite place to buy coffee. This McDonald's has no electronic order modules which is 'great' for me. It's just south of a neighborhood Walmart, which another plus.
They are always busy so the fries are always hot.
