Woodstock Library

This has been our family's library for the past 11 years & my wife, son, and daughter have been patrons even longer. Woodstock library is filled with librarians who are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and love what they do!

The library has semi-annual book sales, colouring groups, jewelry groups, a quilting club, books clubs for various ages, a computer lab with internet, private tutoring/study rooms, access to printing and faxing, storytime, teen events, family game night, rotating displays, even a fireplace.

There's never a shortage of activities at #WoodstockPublicLibrary! Surprisingly, no I haven't mentioned a single book because there is no shortage; adult, youth, children's floor!! Additionally they carry DVDs, puppet-time packs, family passes, voting registration g, voting for our county, and there is never a shortage of information or help. Just visit with a smile and support you local #library!

Don't forget, just as the library donates to the enrichment of our community, let's enrich our library by dropping lose change or a dollar in the donation box at the checkout desk by the exit. Our community reflects what we invest in it and we for one do NOT want to point at a strip and say that's where the best library in Cherokee County used to stand.

Great library. Probably the best that I know of. We are here for a Homeschool event put on by the library.

They have so much more than books! You can check out Board games, puzzles, and even Vinyl Records. They also have art kits for the kids to take home. We adore this Library and it's staff. We request books on-line weekly, and they have them waiting for us within days.

They didn't have what I was looking looking but was still a really great library. The inside is very cozy with hardwood. The architecture naturally makes the library quiet as opposed to some.libraries that have a very high open ceiling and are very loud like a bank.

Just got my card and haven't explored it all. From the little I did it looks great. Very friendly staff member took good care of me. Will be back soon.

This library has a little bit of everything for everyone. I always find something to read in any section. I go with my daughter all the time and we always leave with tons of great books... an ENTIRE floor is dedicated to children's books! There is no excuse for your kiddos to not find something that they will enjoy reading. The librarians are SUPER friendly, and ready to help you find that title that you have been looking for. The building is well maintained and with the latest technology available.

Woodstock Public Library is legit the best library yet. There is so much space. My neice enjoys playing on the top floor, she lives for me to read her books each time we come. There's a place for all. It's amazing. The workers are understanding. I absolutely love it.

Always a computer available to use, even with some being turned off for "social distancing". Staff is always helpful when you need them. Wish there was an option to use them for more than 1hr at a time. You can get more time, just ask staff.

Very nice library! I enjoy the lay out and the atmosphere! It has an upper level for younger kids, a decent computer lab, and has some kind of event for teens and tweens at least once a month!

This library truly stands out. The librarians all have good attitudes & are very helpful, it's serene with residents that adhere to it's comfort & quietness. It looks to have been remodeled or kept in very good condition.

One of the best story times I've been too. I will definitely be back with my little man.

Since rosecreek library did not have there computers for public use I have been going here and I like it there now better than rose creek. It is a bigger library with an upstairs.

Love visiting here. They have lots for the kids to be involved in. Ladies are always so nice.

Helpful staff, good kids programs, nice selection. They've had parking lot wifi during the pandemic, which is awesome.

Awesome library! Friendly staff, and best selection of any library I’ve been to. It is ginormous, and truly an architectural marvel.
