We have been using Skips for several years to repair our cars and we have been very satisfied. The office staff is very kind and understanding I enjoy them. The mechanics explain the problem in a way that I can understand - I appreciate that. I don't ever feel like I have been overcharged.

My 21-yo son driving home to Kansas from Florida, encountered a sensor issue. Skip and the crew diagnosed the problem, were wonderfully courteous and professional, getting him back on the road, ultimately making it home safely. Kudos to all, especially Denise, who was a reassuring voice to me, hundreds of miles away. THIS is the kind of service that is rarely seen in auto repair. Thanks again to all!
