Their chips and salsa was great. I got the shrimp Fajita. It was good, but I only had, like, 8 shrimp. It was difficult to understand the waitress. When she was ready to take our order, I asked for more salsa (party of 4) she immediately left the table, got the salsa, put it on our table then left and didn't take our order.

This is a good lunch spot for my work lunch break when I'm working in the area. I don't always like work but I like my lunch break. I usually get the burritos al carbon with steak which I like but once I ordered the lunch special of the day, but I don't remember what it was. It was good though. The food is inside.

New to the area decided to try out this establishment! Greeted promptly at the door, decor is typical of the usual Mexican style restaurant, we sat at a booth since I have a service animal. Server attended to us right away. My husband ordered corona and my son a pink lemonade and myself a 1/2 tea! We then ordered the cheese dip which came out with the salsa real quick! Am onto dinner we went having a shrimp chimichanga and a kids cheese quesadilla, and I had ribeye- fajitas! The meal was wonderful and came out about as fast as the chips!!! The service was great and so was the food we will defiantly be coming back! An for what we ordered the pricing was normal, the beers are pricy but next time we will stick with regular drinks!! Just a fun place with really good food, big portions and a wide menu.

This is the best Mexican restaurant around. The beef chimichangas are huge and the meat is tender and flavorful. The taco salad is delicious. The staff is efficient and friendly. The prices are fair for the serving sizes. I've never gotten a bad meal here. We have used this restaurant for parties several times because of their consistent, high-quality food and service.

i have been going here since 2 years. Before I moved to Alexandria, I hated Mexican food. I never ate there and we would only go to one with our family. But ever since we tried this place out we started loving Mexican food and eat here once a week. Once you come her twice the staff members will know who you are and know your order. The staff is polite and when they make a small mistake they don't argue like other restaurants. If you like spicy things then try there spicy salsa for a appetizer it is really good. The guacamole is an ehhh, but the chips are good. So overall this place is % stars it is AMAZING

Had the Hawaiian quesadilla and some Coronas. Very good!

My favorite of about 5 Mexican restaurants in a 1 mile radius in the area. Service is always quick and friendly and the food is fantastic! Just be careful when you ask for a big margarita because you WILL get a BIG margarita!

My favorite Mexican restaurant in the area! Food is consistently delicious. Servers are familiar and great. They are working really hard through what seems to be a staffing shortage.

Food is always good and authentic, service occasionally slow, tho the food arrives quick. Still one of the best places to eat around the area.

Excellent food and excellent service. The staff here is amazing, and the restaurant looks to be family owned. The portions are also very large, so you won't leave here hungry.

El Rio Bravo has a fantastic menu. I'm a fan of the fajitas, but what I usually end up ordering is whatever vegetarian meal includes a chile relleno; because nothing beats a breaded and deep-fried poblano pepper stuffed with cheese and topped with sauce. Not every place does it to my liking, and El Rio Bravo nails it with a flavorful sauce. The staff is absolutely wonderful, too.

My son and daughter-in-law wanter their rehearsal dinner here. It was FANTASTIC! The service was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious. Great job!!!

Nice staff and food my daughter-in-law was waiting to pick up her new car add another excellent facility Mike Castrucci Ford Lincoln dealer. My daughter-in-law is bilingual in Spanish since the waiter was not bilingual in English.

They had the best food I've had since my last trip to Mexico!! (20 years ago!!) Service was great..people were helpful..a great place!!
