Absolutely amazing service, quality feed and friendly staff. They received a top store award and I see why. Someone in corporate needs to let the staff at the Cordele, GA Krystals, learn from this store in Albany. Awesome! Wish I had this quality at home.

Honestly I wish this location was closer to home. The staff, facility and food was the best Krystal restaurant Iv ever been to. Very clean and our order was correct. Other locations in our area need to take notes.

Love there breakfast, I just stop by to get me something to bring home for the family, love it...

Went through the drive through, food and service was good, the price is a little high in my opinion for the small burger. Was over $20 for a couple of value meals with 2 side chicks.

I had a great experience my food was hot fresh and delicious and the service was great!!

Shoutout to the lady working the drive thru around 830pm. It was nice to say thank you at a fast food drivethru in albany and get an acknowledgement and share a smile for a change. World needs more ppl like her!

And to think.. I almost thought that customer service was dead in Albany!
From the time I got out of my car, there was a gentleman employee holding the door open for me and my 8 month old to enter.
The young lady at the counter was like a breath of fresh air!! She was so so kind to me, took care of me with a SMILE!
No fuss no muss!! My food came out piping hot, gosh it was soo good! I ate my babies tots and had to go get more. I got the pick 5. The Krystals were SPOT ON!!
The Tots were that perfect kind of crunchy. Maaaannn THANK YALL!!
The young lady's name was Shay & the fellas name was AJ.
The manager was Melissa

We like just about everything at Krystal!! Gotta love them little cheeseburgers and the chili is superb. The service always exceeds expectations, friendly, courteous and very fast. Large menu selections to meet a variety of tastes. Tables, floors and bathrooms were clean also.

When you have that craving 😋. It was on point. Fresh steamy and hot. The fries was so fresh and delicious

I love the Sausage Scrambler Bowl!!! Sadly, my town no longer has a Krystal's, so it's always a treat getting food from here. The new items are a hit too. If you haven't been in awhile, it's definitely worth checking out.

The Krystal we visited in Albany we did dine inside, enjoyed very much, clean, people were kind and great service. The Krystal I visited in Macon has not opened for dine in yet only drive thru. People on drive thru are very nice and enjoy their service.

I love Krystal. The employee's are cheerful and efficient. Food is very reasonably priced . Best grits in town. Love the big senior coffee, always good and hot.

I stop there every morning for breakfast and the service is terrific. The employees in the drive thru are ALWAYS in a good mood and I never have to wait on my food, which is always hot and fresh.

The best senior breakfast in town. The plate breakfast was includes grits, choice of meat, toast or biscuit, egg and beverage. The employees are so friendly. The order is brought to your table, for dine in. Best value in town.

Ms Lisa Alfred and the morning crew is the best. Best service and customer service. Food cooked in a timely manner and they are so friendly. Thanks for the smiles. You all are the greatest
