We had granite countertops installed at our home. It was such a great experience that my parents went with them to get their laminate countertops installed as well. Both experiences were great. We appreciate how easy the process was with both.

Builders Surplus went the extra mile!!! I called and talked to Michelle- I needed to find 6 pieces of MSI Natural Hardwood wood plank tile for our place that was hit by hurricane Ian. The problem was the tile had been discontinued for a while. She found 1 box in a pallet in their warehouse after digging through stock- she didn’t give up until she found what I was looking for! I couldn’t find the tile anywhere and they dug it up! Loralee sold it to me and took some time to show me the great deals on Granite as well. So nice - I will be back! Thanks Ladies!!

Jessica Murphy was awesome in helping with our laundry room remodel. Saved us a lot of $$ over the big box stores. Would highly recommend Builders Surplus!

From the design team (Lisa) to installation I've been very impressed. They listened to my needs and looked at my space and worked with me to create the ideal storage for my needs. My installer, Allen, was extremely diligent, neat and tidy. He treated my home with respect and was a pleasure to work with. I'm very happy with the entire process and my new storage.

My husband and I used Chris Davis to install a new front entry door. Chris and John were respectful of our property and our home - cleaning up as they moved through the installation. The final installation is stunning! I highly recommend using Davis Home Remodeling, a true craftsman.
Chris was excellent at keeping me updated as to when he would arrive and what to expect.

I worked closely with Michelle at Builders Surplus to find just the right door. Michelle was tenacious in getting window samples from the manufacturer and making 100% sure that we got what we wanted.

Jessica and Dana were great! They worked with us to design our new cabinets even though my wife and I made a TON of changes. Then, to top it all off, they helped us load them on our trailer and threw in a bunch of plastic wrap and zip ties since it started raining right when we got there to pick them up. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We didn’t know much about it but Jessica was very knowledgeable and was able to explain every detail of it to us. If we asked her a question and she wasn’t sure on something, she made sure to get us an answer. Jessica was quick to get us a quote and also helped up think through our ideas. Jessica saved us a lot of money on this project. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. This is definitely a 5 star store. The customer service was second to none and they treated me like family. I love the fact that they carry a wide assortment of items and lots of higher-end name brands at a reasonable price. I've shopped arlt both locations now, its your turn to go to Builder Surplus.

They really worked with me to figure out my issues with screen doors I purchased. Someone finally came out and now I have doors working properly. This place is awesome and the people there are very kind and super helpful. Thanks guys
