Bridgeway is doing a great job with migrating over from Member’s United Credit Union. Like many companies they’re working on becoming updated with certain systems/technology. The staff is the best part of the company. I can always call and get my issues resolved in a timely manner. Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing what’s in store for current and new members.

This is a great credit union. Everyone is friendly.

I have banked with this institutions for 13 and a half years, I purchased a car through this institution as well and because my account fell in the negative for $57, for 45 days, the account was closed. I didn't find out until I went to retrieve some of my tax refunds that I sent to have direct deposited into my account. They returned my $5200 check. 13 years and not 1 phone, the lead at drive thru told me that she would call me the next day. She looked me right in the face and told me she would call and never did. Please go bank some where else, you will not be valued.

Don’t waste your time. They never answer the phone and only have excuses on why they don’t. I got a new job in Sept of 2021. My automatic draft for my car loan I got from them(don’t recommend that either) I have been trying to get right since. Every time I talk to someone about it they tell me they will fix it. They just mess it up even more. SMH

Why is it that your sign states that you open 830 but you are opening at 9:00am change your signs is the smartest thing you could do where is the manager?

I dont hate it its just not open on weekends and when u do mobile app its always down so you can track any hackers on your account
