We ordered chairs on Monday and received them before Friday. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the chairs we bought. We purchased 8 of the premium Adirondack chairs with walnut stain. The chairs are very well built and very comfortable. Saturday night by the fire pit was better than ever. We will definitely shop here again and again. Thanks so much for the great service and better product.

Wonderful chairs. I got the rockers as a Christmas present for my husband. They are just perfect on our front porch. And our delivery fellow was just the kindest man. He took such care unloading each chair and hand carrying them to our porch and making sure they were positioned perfectly. The chairs were perfect and so was the delivery and Jason who delivered them. And always wonderful to deal with a local company that truly cares about their customers! Down Home Dexterities we’re so helpful and easy to work with that we have been back three times for more chairs. Their pieces are beautifully made and stained and we have received so many compliments on them. The swing bed is literally my happy place and the best place to read a good book.

We have bought 2 5' swings and a table from Drew and his workers. I asked Drew if I brought him legs could he make me a table and bench. He hadn't made one before so they made one but he said he didn't like the stability of it so they made another and it is PERFECT! Very stable and exactly what I wanted. I did my own staining. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your outdoor chairs, swings, picnic tables, etc. A pleasure working with them!!!

Dwayne was extremely courteous and accommodating, he placed furniture where we wanted and we are very pleased with the furniture and Dwayne.

Had a great experience with Down Home Dexterities. The chairs and tables we ordered are great quality. The delivery was smooth and the guys carried the chairs to the back yard for us which was super helpful too. They look great and we are very excited to enjoy them fireside this fall and winter. They sit very comfy and the tables are a perfect height.

Total thumbs up to these guys not just for the quality (which I LOVE), but even equally their customer service. I ordered the instal which I couldn't be more happy about b/c my place is challenging from getting here, getting it up to the porch, and the super-high, sloped porch roof. They drove all the way up to my place TWICE (a solid 4 hours away from them in the mountains by the TN/NC border) to make absolute sure my two pieces were done the RIGHT way and to my complete satisfaction. And never anything but a smile the whole time. So GREAT products and great people. If I need another, I'm going with them. Period. A company to root for.

I am very disappointed with Down Home Dextarities my self and my disabled uncle(whom we are both vets) went to pick up a chair and table, and the proces had gone up since last time amd they would not come off $15 dollars , what a shame.....would not recommend***I would like to now thank Down Home they reached out and will fix the issue . Thank you for restoring my faith

Great small business with great products. Made us 4 beautiful Adirondack Chairs and two side tables and we are very pleased with the quality. Opted for wood over composite because it looks so much nicer with our log home. Highly recommend these folks.
