O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

I believe "Akira" (I hope I am spelling this correctly) helped us today! Excellent service- absolutely turned a good meal into a great dining experience! The food was fresh, tasty, well made and delicious; but the friendly attentive service was very appreciated! Thank you! 6 stars, were it possible!

We absolutely love coming to the fort Oglethorpe location, the food here is phenomenal. We were lucky to be sat in Ms.Kims section. She is so friendly and gives out great service. We absolutely adore her. We will definitely be back to see Ms.Kim. If you ever get the chance to stop by and try their food please ask for Ms. Kim, you won’t regret it.

With this being my first time eating at O'Charley's ever. Elizabeth is my favorite server. she went out of her way to make sure my fiance and myself were taken of. Also made her a pitcher strawberry lemonade & sweet tea mix. My Arnold palmer was made to perfection. The food was amazing. With pepper Jack wedges and the spinach artichoke dip as our appetizers. I ordered the patty melt, and my fiance ordered the steak and tenders.

Our waitress was Kim, she was nice and playful with our 2 kids. Our food was great, exactly how we ordered it. She was attentive & great at letting us know what was going on in the kitchen (rolls cooking, our food coming out, etc.) Overall it was a great experience.

We had a great experience! Our waitress Cristal was super sweet and had a great personality! She offered to fix things that weren’t even a big issue to begin with and offered to do them with a good attitude. We would come back specifically to sit at one of her tables!

Perfect everything. Server Elijah G. was great and checked on us multiple times and was very pleasant and respectful. Thanks!

Our server Chris was awesome ! Took care of us. Offered us dressings for the tenders and was all around a nice guy ! The salads got extremely small which made me sad but the food was absolutely delicious .

I wanted some nice steak so I came here and it was amazing our server jade was very nice 5 stars for this place

Our experience was great from start to finish! I got the New Orleans Cajun Chicken and it was very good! My husband always gets the burger. Crystal was fantastic and helped us feel comfortable and welcomed!

At all my times being here I have came accustomed to the wonderful service but tonight I had the best experience I've have ever had with my party's waitress Kim, she not only engaged with my party, but made sure we were at the most comfortable and well tended too, when I come back I hope I get Kim as waitress again and I highly recommend anyone who eats here gets her as a waitress.

My server Liz E was very nice and quick with our orders and food.she was very knowledgeable about what was the best thing to order. She was also quick with refills and the bread for my son (which is his favorite). The Bahama Momma is delicious. Overall great visit to our local O'Charley's.

We went for a late lunch/early dinner. We were seated and helped immediately. Our server, Akira, was fabulous! She was very helpful and knew what we needed before we needed. The food was great — definitely try the pimento cheese! We will be back for sure!

Ordered the honey chicken, broccoli and sweet potatoes. Husband order the Caesar salad. All of the food was delicious! Especially the yeast rolls. Our server Eli was friendly and very efficient. Fort Oglethorpe Ga location.

Elijah at the bar was a perfect server/bartender. We anticipated our needs and we never had to ask for refills or needed anything. He is fantastic! It was so nice to actually be waited on and relax during a meal. Thanks Elijah!!

I attended a birthday dinner for my 5yr old granddaughter, here. It was nice and clean when. We were seated immediately. Our server, HEATHER was AWESOME! She happily made serving our party of 14 people, look so easy. Hats off to the chef! The food was mouthwatering DELICIOUS!!

Cristal was a FANTASTIC server. My drink never ran low and she was juggling 6 tables plus the bar. The food and service was awesome, I will definitely return.

This place is where u go if u want excellent service, and fabulous food. The staff was clean and very courteous even the Manager came to the table and greeted us. And even asked how are you doing? The bathrooms were very clean. Now let's talk about the drinks very berry cranberry sooo good.. the food was very well seasoned and fresh mmmmmmm we will be going here again

The food is on point! I got the steak and tenders 10/10 for sure. And our server Josh is AMAZING! The people behind us were being super rude but he handled it like a professional and we haven't had to "wait" for anything! Thank you ocharleys and thank you Josh for giving us an amazing date night!

Wonderful evening with family and some new members finally made it back home and brought the love…. Luck of the Irish, we hosted a birthday dinner in privacy with a careful staff who made sure we had nothing but good memories with the man who taught me how to be the gentleman I am today, Mr. Pat Fogarty.

Great customer service from everyone in the kitchen and especially on the floor, Akira showed us what service looks like when luck and respect come together during a reunion I’ll never forget. Thanks for the extra effort staff, even though they were understaffed, they helped the team get every bit of 80 years worth coming together to celebrate, and share our plans for many many more. We made up for lost time and got back home fully satisfied that luck was in favor of one very milestone of a day. Everyone likes a success story, right?
