I honestly do not see how they have some one star reviews! The entire staff and Doctor were sooooo kind and made my son and I feel like we were home! This was the best experience at a Doctor's office that I have had! The customer service was top tier and they gifted my son with two brand new books! I recommend them! They also have a diverse staff and I love that, too! Thank you guys soooo much! I can't wait until my son's next check up!

I have used Albany Pediatrics for going on 9 years. Dr.Hester is a wonderful doctor! My children love him and he makes us all feel so comfortable! He listens to my worries and always explains things to me so I know what's going on with my children before we walk out out door. I couldn't dream of a better doctor for my kids! We love all the ladies up front too! I recommend Dr.Hester and Albany Pediatrics to all mamas and daddy's! They are truly wonderful!

Dr Roberts has amazing bedside manor and is full of compassion. WE LOVE HER! Being a first time mom I was very nervous about choosing the right doctor for me and my infant son. Dr Roberts always explains things to me in a way I can understand them and is very patient with my numerous questions.

Love love love Dr. Hester and his staff. They get to know you by name and not just another patient. The staff is always real nice, helpful, concerned, and does things in a timely manner. Dr. Hester interacts with the kids to make their visit easy, he ask questions, listens to your questions and concerns. His priority is the same as the parents. Find out what is wrong with their child or children and get them better. I will not see anyone else unless it is life or death and I have to see someone else.

My kids doctor is Dr. Danice Roberts she is the best. My kids lover her. Everyone is so nice there. I love the environment and they make you feel very comfortable.

My son Donavan see Dr Hester. He’s the best pediatrician doc ! He sees my son very often and knows how to proper treats him! Overall, I love this place !
