Cook Out

We stopped in to visit my Dad & decided to eat out for lunch. I wanted Zalia’s should food, but they were closed !
So, Cool Out was next on the list.
I’m glad the other was closed !!
I had the Cajun Chicken Sandwich (employee favorite suggested). I had it with hush puppies & coleslaw !
Good stuff. I ended up getting a Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake, which was also delicious. Our cashier had the best attitude !!

Best cookout I have had in years! Food was hot and very fresh. The employees were very friendly and all had smiles which makes everything better.

Went by here two days in a row! They have amazingly wonderful burgers and the cheese bites are divine! The workers have all been super quick and kind. I'm really happy I went out of my way to give this place a try! The menu is a little confusing at first, but one of the workers at the drive thru really helped me order what I wanted correctly! I'll be back soon to try the shakes!

Employees wait on you quickly but no one is really friendly. Service should be given with a smile or happy greeting but the food makes up for it

First time going and the cashier was very nice and explained how everything works to us. Food came out very fast and was good! Definitely somewhere I'd go to get a lot for your money. the adult meals are $6.99 for main item, two sides and any size drink! Kids meals are $4.99 for the same. They have 45 different shake flavors that you can mix together if you want. Shake was thick like ice cream I had to eat it with a spoon but it was delicious.

Only complaint is the ambience is kind of weird. Its very dark and the store is narrow and long unlike other places so it gets kind of awkward when it's busy. Not taking that into consideration for stars because that's obviously their theme and not something the individual store can control.

Love this burger chain! No matter what city I go to one of these, the consistency is superior!

My husband and I drove from Florida to Albany Ga for the day. We were looking around the Albany area due to a possible move. We stopped at Cookout for lunch. The menu was a little confusing, but the cashier was very helpful. The food was fresh,amazing, and at a good price point.

They GOTTA BE slaughtering cows in the back. this burger tastes so fresh. It doesn’t taste frozen at all! The cheese bites are always a go to. The cajun chicken wrap is so delicious. I always get a double chocolate shake to top it off. Ingredients are always fresher than Subway. This is truly the best place to eat in Albany, and it’s cheap.

Been driving by this place since I moved to Albany last October. After having finally tried it, it’s actually shameful that I’ve been missing out on this THE WHOLE TIME🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽 ok the burgers are smaller but… I mean… (whispering) do we really need a burger as big as our head💁🏽and ps you get to play a fun little game of bumper cars!! JUST KIDDING 😂 pretty cool little get-up they have going there. You gotta see it for yourself. Last thing. I had to force myself not to look at the milkshake menu🤦🏽 and yes it’s that serious… I’m just saying

A large menu, fantastic customer service and the food is good too. Lines were long and we thought we were in for a long wait, but we moved very quickly. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Their low prices are the topping on the cake! Tons of milkshakes to choose from as well. They are just a little too thick for my liking. I highly recommend Cook Out.

What you say?! The food was good and fresh. I get a little confused by the many choices, but that’s a good thing, don’t you think? I always get there grilled cheese sandwich for $1. It’s not even on the menu to be with a combo, but you can’t beat that price. I can feed me and my four children and a few of their friends without breaking the bank. I love Cook Out wherever I go. They are very fast even though they have always have a long line. They are quickly becoming a favorite of mine.

If you are looking for a family friendly, eat almost any type of cuisine you want, & awesome atmosphere type of place to go, THIS IS IT!!! recommend everything about Cook Out!! Good food, great atmosphere, & awesome staff!! I can take my whole family here & they can all find something to eat (they are ALL picky, my husband included😂😂😂)! Do not get me started on the staff!! Our lady had an encounter when we first walked in & she handled him with so much grace, even though he was so rude, it was AMAZING & she had the MOST patience for my 2 kids!! Cook Out you have 4 faithful customers for life & thank you so much for this great establishment!!

Burgers were delicious and hot, even after drive home- can't describe how much I love your milkshakes, quite hard to choose just one as they're so good & thick and so many flavors- i always get 2-3 and enjoy
Only wish that they still delivered even if only through doordash!

I love eating here the food is cheap, it's cooked fast and to order, they have great milkshakes and if you get the milkshake of the day you can get it for $0.99 instead of the usual $3 a milkshake. if you eat here you must order the white cheddar cheese bites they are by far the best thing on the menu!

The staff was friendly and our food was ready quickly and made exactly how we ordered it. I'm never disappointed when I eat at the cook out on Slappy

We had an overall great experience. My daughter got a hole in her milkshake so I asked for a new cup. Instead of just giving her a new cup, they made her a whole new milkshake! Hers was about half gone. So kudos for the customer service.
