Michelle and Kaitlyn provided excellent service. Great communication and made sure the move in flowed smoothly. They made sure both units were close together to prevent any inconvenience. They are friendly and polite. I chose them because of the late access hours. And their property is clean which made me comfortable with leaving my belongings there.

I needed a climate controlled unit for my granddaughter attending Albany State University. After receiving rave reviews from one of her professors, we gave Ledo a call. The service was exceptional from the first phone call and then going to the unit which was (clean,clean). I was concerned initially about not meeting someone in person, but Ashley informed me if there was a concern what her hours were on property. Facilities are extremely clean and well kept! Was easy to move in the large doors and get in and out with a moving truck. Doors have prop mechanism to keep doors open without the headache of leaning something against them while moving in. Mrs. Paula was very informative and helpful. Definitely feel better knowing my items are stored here!

I think these negative comments might have the wrong storage place... I couldn’t say better things about Ledo Self Storage! Customer service was impeccable. I couldn’t of asked for a cleaner, safer or better place to keep my belongings. I felt very taken of- blessed to have gotten a unit here.
