Brought in a guitar today to try and sell. We couldn't reach a deal as they were not interested. However, they were very professional and I appreciate them taking the time out of their day to talk to me.

I had just purchased a Takamine G series 6 string from SweetWater . It was delivered with pretty high action. I contemplated returning it. I took it The Pickers Exchanged and had them do a set up and new strings. The guitar now plays like it should from the factory. Thanks for the great work ! Amazing work! I had taken my explorer to another professional in the past (that cost significantly more), but didn’t come close to the results that I got from the guys at pickers exchange. They crowned my frets, fixed my intonation, and set it up like a dream! It’s like a brand new instrument. All of which was done in a day! I couldn’t be happier! 10/10

Found this fantastic guitar shop after contacting Greg for guitar lessons. Two months ago I walked into this place not even knowing how to hold a guitar much less play one. Everyone was extremely kind and very helpful. I purchased a sweet guitar at an affordable price, an amp, a few accessories and started my lessons right away with Greg. Greg is a very talented and patient individual. A fantastic instructor to say the least. Each time I have a lesson I walk out learning something new that I can apply right away. Greg has a spirit of excellence and a true passion for what he does and I'm extremely grateful for his time and effort in bringing this new joy into my life. Great shop and techs. I was in a bind. Just in Chatt. for a few weeks but have some gigs here and my Martin wasn't behaving. Turned out the preamp needed cleaning and the guitar needed a set up and adjusting. Plays like a dream now and they did it in a couple of hours. Next time I'm up this way I make sure to have another gigging guitar for them to work on.

First shop I’ve been in where the basses were set up right and in tune. Friendly, professional, and gave me a good price on a new funky bass. Support your local music shop!

Great little shop, It had a good selection of PRS guitars and a wide range nice used gear. The guitar tech Clayton was also very helpful. He answered all of my questions and I plan on bringing my guitar in for a set up real soon!

I went to Pickers Exchange to get a tuneup on one of my electric guitars and iwas met by people who were happy to assist me. The work on my guitar was done well and they have some very unique and decently priced products for sale. Some amplifiers and guitars you won't find elsewhere. I will be going there again in February to have yet another guitar worked on.

Picker's has been my go-to shop for over 5 years now. The work on my basses has always been excellent and, even on the 1 or 2 occasions where something has been amiss on pick-up, they immediately rectify the issue with no additional charge. The staff have always been personable, easy to talk to, and open to any questions, no matter how remote. I know when I leave my gear with them that it's going to be treated as if it was more-or-less their own. Fair prices for good service. The world would be a better place if there were more shops like this, but I wouldn't wish them the competition.

P.S. Clayton knows his way around a Yamaha.

Clayton and Nathan are both very knowledgeable and helpful people. They fixed up 2 of my guitars with fret leveling and the works. Really great people run the shop and I'll only bring my guitars here from now on.

I used to take lessons here a few years ago for a few years. Greg is a really great teacher and any time I need my bass repaired, I take it here. I trust these guys and I know they know their stuff. Had to get my bass repaired by a nice guy named Clayton. I dropped it off and he had it fixed the very next day! Highly recommend if you want lessons or need repairs done. They’ve got a pretty nice guitar, bass and amp selection too. All around really great locally owned music store.

These guys are great! They know what they're doing and they give helpful advice. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need and they treat you like you're a fellow musician even if you're just a beginner. I've bought equipment from them and had my guitars fixed here. Much better than any chain store!

I took in my new Paul Reed Smith for a setup. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They did an awesome job at a very reasonable cost. The turnaround was one day. Now my new guitar is playable. Thanks a lot and look forward to coming back, sincerely Ron

Phenomenal! These guys are the greatest. I have taken lessons from Greg and he does a superb job! Clayton has done anything from just a full setup on multiple guitars of mine and most recently he installed a new loaded pick guard on my “project” needless to say I won’t go anywhere else for my guitar needs!

This shop is great. Found a guitar I’d been looking for on their website. These guys were Great to deal with. Super nice on the phone, and very knowledgeable about the guitar I wanted. Even shipped it to me in New York. Awesome. Came in a few days, perfect packing and guitar was mint. Thanks for being so cool. If I’m ever in Chattanooga, I’ll be stopping in to meet you in person.
