Chattanooga Dental Arts

I have been attending CDA for a year and a half after moving back into the area. It has been a very pleasant experience, as much as going to the dentist can be. The hygienists were pleasant, gentle and thorough. The dentist completed the rest of the exam and discussed potential issues. The dentist is friendly and cares about her patients. The staff was also friendly and helpful. All-in-all, I would give this business an A+.

My experience with Chattanooga Dental Arts was very pleasant. Jessie who was my dental hygienist was very kind hearted and sweet. She kept me entertained with nice conversation while gently cleaning my teeth. She gave me great tips and recommended great products to help with keeping my dental hygiene up. I look forward to my next visit..

I first became a patient here unexpectedly. I was having a bad toothache and called just about everywhere and nowhere could get me in or see me without dental insurance - even though I was willing to pay out of pocket. I called Chattanooga Dental Arts and they got me in immediately and got the pain taken care of & they also offer financing options! Will never go anywhere else but here! I absolutely love the team at Chattanooga Dental Arts! They truly care about their patients and provide the best of the best care and attention! Jessica, the dental hygienist made me feel so comfortable and not judged. I feel hopeful about a new and improved smile after talking with her and Dr. Jancy. Also shoutout to Josie at the front desk! They are all just so sweet and professional! The office is clean and welcoming! I recommend this place 10 out of 10!

As someone who has disliked going to the dentist all my life, my first visit to Chattanooga Dental Arts flipped my whole perspective. The staff was amazing, professional, friendly, and did such a great job of providing a welcoming atmosphere and enjoyable experience (something I never thought I'd say in a million years). I saw that another reviewer had said "They treated me like family", and that's exactly how I felt after my visit. Well done, CDA staff. Keep up the great work! :)

Karla was excellent in cleaning my teeth. All the staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. McGovern and Dr Parkerson have created a great practice. They provide excellent professional care. I would recommend the practice to all my friends.

Today I had a great experience at Chattanooga Dental Arts in East Ridge. I saw Michele who did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Parkerson who examined my mouth/teeth. I have had numerous xrays of my teeth that were not pleasant but today the xrays were not painful at all. I have no complaints and I am going back. If you are looking for a great dental experience. This is the place! The entire staff was very attentive and compassionate.

I love Chattanooga Dental Arts. They take care of my teeth. Give helpful advice on new things coming out or things I need. They always catch the problems before they get to bad or cause pain. They are very informative and a very friendly staff. I am so pleased that they will be growing into a new building very soon.

Dr. McGovern and all of the staff have been great! They’ve taken the pain out of dentistry for me. It’s also the most efficient and well run dental practices that I’ve ever been to - highly recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal experience with the good people at Chattanooga Dental Arts. I'd name specific people, but honestly everyone there was incredibly friendly and made what is usually an anxiety inducing experience a breeze. Highly recommended to anyone wary of dentists - they'll change your mind.

From beginning to end of the procedure, I was treated so well! I was given all the information I needed, given plenty of time for questions, made comfortable, and asked in each step if I was feeling ok and reassured all was going well. I also think there office staff is very kind and helpful…can’t get better than that!

When I say I hated going to the dentist, I genuinely mean I would rather do anything but... But that all changed due to the Chattanooga Dental Arts. I picked them originally because I thought the name was cool. But I'm so frickin happy I did. These people literally went above and beyond for me. I told them I was leaving for a year or more and needed my teeth roadworthy and clean. My hygienist was so kind and gentle I literally cried because I realized my dental work had been lacking just that.. kind and gentle care. Dr. Jancy got a plan together. Did 3 fillings same day and set me up for a root canal. The lady who did my fillings really was an artist.. you can tell they take great pride in their work, as they should. The prices were fair. Which is amazing considering how I've paid so much more previously for so much less care and the root canal was done by the male dentist, I can't remember his name but he was just as kind and gentle and Dr Jancy, and the other people who work there. I was fit for a temporary crown which I'm still wearing.. I get my new permanent crown soon. I hope you guys read your reviews, because I felt so comfortable, and relaxed and not at all like I was being an inconvenience ... As someone who did customer service for 20 years I want to tell you.. it's rare. Do not change! What you do has made a difference in my smile, my confidence, my health, and my faith in the dental industry. You have amazing employees! And top notch quality work coming out of your office. Thank you so much. I've recommending you to friends and family. Hope to be back at some point after traveling. I know who will be my dentist for sure.

These are the best people. They are always polite and they get the job done. I love both doctors and all the ladies.

Everyone was so polite, thorough and welcoming. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. My treatment plan was explained to me in great detail and I loved the cost transparency exhibited by the staff it took the second guessing and confusion out of the equation. Great team!

Never a bad experience with some of the friendliest people I’ve ever dealt with. First time meeting Jessica who cleaned my teeth today and what a sweetheart. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your visit a pleasant one. So happy to have found them!!

I had cleaning and x-rays recently at Chattanooga Dental Art. Staff is very friendly and conscientious about their work. Hygienist was thorough and helped me to feel relaxed. Dr. McGovern went over my X-rays and checked everything behind hygienist. So happy with the results and recommend them for your next dental visit.

Jessi put me right at ease with her cheerful, down to earth nature. She is obviously skilled and knowledgeable, and was very thorough with no discomfort. I left knowing I’d had a great cleaning and I love that!
