Super 8 by Wyndham Ft. Oglethorpe GA/Chatt TN Area

Very clean and nice place. The customer service was awesome. Made me feel at home and made sure every single person was safe. You can’t get that anywhere else. This is the cleanest and best place I’ve ever stayed. Thank you super 8 for really caring about how people live. God bless

The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. I booked through Expedia and due to user error I only booked 1 room. So I had to book another room over the phone. When we arrived they moved us around so our rooms were next to each other. The room were clean and they had the room cooled down for us before hand. Great deal for the price. Location is not bad either. Lots of stores and restaurants close by.

Just love this place, the girl in front, Jennifer, really made our check in process so easy and with a great sense of humor, we were tired upon arrival and were laughing by the time we got our room keys, just a great girl, we will stay again just to see her. Thanks Jennifer!

This is a great hotel for our fare City. Mr Andy and his family are a great management team. The front desk staff are awesome always making sure you are well taken care of. The rooms are always clean and if you need anything they are very accommodating.

Super sweet staff. Our room was very clean and they were always again if we needed anything. My only issue was the pool... My kids wanted to swim but the pool wasn't up to the inspection requirements both days we were there.

The room was lean. Comfy beds. Quiet. Very friendly staff. The pool was open but arrived too late and left too early to enjoy. Breakfast could have a better selection.

Great customer service . The whole staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean. Everything worked as it should. The Air conditioner was ice cold. No weird smells. Didn't see any bugs. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy and stayed fluffy. For the price our stay was nice. There is a skating Ring right next door. Plenty of restaurants and shopping less than 3 miles away . . The best thing that really stood out was the customer service. If you are looking for a budget hotel, I highly recommend this location.

Night time attendant was very warm and hospitable while still being a professional. My room was clean, the water worked well and the price was competitive. Would come again, I've never felt so safe in rossville.

I have to tell you that I am 55 years old and I have NEVER had customer service like what your front desk clerk Jamie provided. She bent over backwards to help me with everything. She was cheerful and a breath of fresh air!! She reminded me about the military discount (my hubby is Army). She gave me information about the area. She dragged a trundle bed down the sidewalk. She let me check in early because I had dropped my son off at the local driving school. (I didn't mind paying extra because I needed to work on my computer all day). She set me up with a reservation for 2 weeks later because I had screwed up on my online reservation. I mean, from beginning to end, she was the most amazing person!! I was so impressed that, when I arrived 2 weeks later, I brought her some orchids. I have never in my life done that for any employee anywhere. She completely blew me away with her positive attitude, helpfulness, professionalism, and downright southern charm!! We will definitely be back! Thank you and GOD BLESS JAMIE!!! :)

Stayed last night due to weather, and had a great sleep. I thought I was the only one in the whole hotel, but there were others I saw at breakfast the next morning.
Breakfast had to be different due to Covid restrictions, but still had a great start to the day. Room was nice and quiet, the heater worked, and the bed was super comfy. I did miss my weighted blanket tho.

When I checked in 1-6-2022, super nice lady at the front desk was really sweet, and just set the pace for a great stay.

If weather prevents me from getting home again, I will choose the Super 8!

Staff is great, owners are great. Room is clean and smells good. I will keep it on our list for future trips

We checked in and were given a nice room with 2 queen beds. We are traveling with pets and when we informed them shortly after our arrival they switched our room. It wasn't an inconvenience since we had only just arrived shortly before. They got us in a bigger room with a king sized bed and a queen sized bed and hard wood floors. Both rooms were clean and wonderfully decorated and taken care of. It didn't have that "mildewy" or smoky smell. Very clean and refreshing. Not a long drive into Chattanooga or to Rock City. Continental breakfast included muffins, toast, oatmeal, a waffle making station, juice and coffee, cereal and fresh fruit. It was a great overnight stay!

Quiet environment! Literally could not even hear a car door close in our room . 10 minutes from Chattanooga and rock city . Awesome queen size beds with beautiful fluffy pillows! Staff was kind friendly and down to earth. Coffee in the lobby was even good! We really enjoyed the pool too. We will definitely be back

Excellent room for the price. Very, very clean compared to similar hotels. Comfy bed (hard mattress with soft cushion top). Good layout. Spacious! We are in a two bed room with good clean storage, extra space next to the beds, lots of usefully placed outlets. Family running the hotel and staff seem exceptionally nice and accommodating. More quiet than most hotels of this style, and we slept well. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Very pleased.

Stayed here over the weekend of the 6th. Check in was very pleasant, the desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was decent. It’s a lovely area, and would definitely stay again.

I give this hotel 10 stars because the room was amazing and cleaning was great the beds are so comfortable and ac was so cold it felt great. The lady at the check in counter was very friendly and helpful. I would so recommend this to my friends and family.

Surprising nice room and comfortable stay in a "budget" hotel in a moderately seedy highway between Chattanooga and Ft Oglethorpe. Room was very clean (no smell of cigarettes at all) and very well furnished. Yes, I would stay again!

I was in town to visit my sons for a couple days and I had booked a room for two days at the Super 8 in Ft. Oglethorpe. There was a minor mix up on my reservation (Not the motels fault, it was from the booking site I had used), and the receptionist, Jami D, not only sorted out the problem, but graciously upgraded my room at no extra charge! The room was impeccably clean and spacious, and actually very quiet (Unlike many other motels I have stayed at in the past, where you would swear someone was running a 3 ring circus in the next room!). Had a very enjoyable stay at the motel, but other than the great room, would like to commend the staff, namely Jami D, for her professionalism, her dedication (Saw that she had worked for Wyndam for 11 yrs embroider on her shirt), and outright friendliness that she displayed during my stay there. Excellent job!
