Dr. Lee is amazing! My son fell and broke his two top teeth this morning. I called the office line and pressed the option for true emergency. Dr Lee messaged me shortly after and had me send pictures. He then asked me to meet him at the office this afternoon. He fixed my sons teeth in about less than an hour. I am so thankful for the prompt help and willingness to do so. As my son said “you’re a life saver!” We are so thankful for you today!

Dr. Lee is amazing! I have always been terrified of the dentist, not now. He does excellent cosmetic work, takes his time, explains everything thoroughly, he is very gentle, makes you very comfortable. I have have never had a bad experience from anyone at this office, the receptionist, hygienists, & dentist are all great! Will never go anywhere else for our dental care.

I had a great experience today. The hygienist, Mrs. Roach, was very sweet and did an amazing job of cleaning my teeth. She was very thorough and did the job in a timely manner! The dentist, Dr. Lee was very nice as well and informative. Will continue to go back and will def refer my family and friends!!

My daughter,Hasn't seen a dentist in three years, well I've taken her but she has never let a dentist do any kind of procedure on her. Do to three years ago,she was traumatized by the dentist and dental assistants @Koolsmiles. But thank God for Dr.Lee and the nice, loving dental assistant! It was a miracle! I cried,seeing my baby girl trust and have faith in these two doctors. I am beyond blessed and thankful.

I believe I have found a regular dentist for my children! Wonderful from the staff up front and dentist's in the back! Very friendly and did great with my children!

Very kind and caring! I called one afternoon and had an appointment for my 10 year old daughter the next morning! Excellent staff and DR!

They are awesome! Very friendly and professional. Gental when working on your teeth as well,always make sure you are comfortable.

Took my son for the first time and I will say that I love this place. The staff was awesome and made my son less nervous about his visit. I am so glad we found this place.

The front girl is very rude and wont let you talk to the manager if there is a problem. They supposedly got a new office manager but is no where when there is sn issue. Both need to be fired!! I just had surgery and can't drive. I called Monday twice to cancel the appointment. It's on my phone records. Once I was hung up on and 2nd time no one answered.
Now they want to charge me a $50 fee for a no show. Learn to answer your phones. Won't be back!!

My daughter in-law was treated so poorly today and she was spoke to so disrespectful by the hygienist named Susan. Compassion and respect are not something you will receive at this location and if you don't have $800 up front then you will not receive the necessary treatment you need. My daughter needed help and was in pain but all she got was nasty judgemental statements and was told to come back when she had the money to pay the treatment she needed.

Had an appt there last Tues afternoon for my two kids.(11/23..Because I had to wait 3 months for that appt ,that was made 3 months prior, Had previous Dentist send xrays and all info as they said insurance wouldn't pay again. Spoke with several different offices that pulled my daughters insurance that only saw one. This was all in a 3 month span, Communicated by email and phone with this office multiple times so they knew the issue..A small office so they should know their patients...and other offices. The office staff was snotty on the phone not helpful, took forever to return calls.. much less answer the phones, office staff was condescending, acted like I was wasting their time. Then , When i get to the office, They allowed me to take the time to fill out all the paperwork for TWO children just to be told that my daughter was still showing another insurance even though no one else was showing and I'd have to pay out of pocket even though I had reference # that was told by insurance that the issued had been resolved that meant You would be paid by insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, Multiple offices stated that Your office must not care about patients and didn't know how to pull insurance. Normally you do this in advance( a week prior) and reach out to customers in advance with any issues ... I guess Your office doesn't think that our time is as valuable as your own. I will never recommend your office to anyone.. You wasted my time, my gas and the energy I spent to get all the info that was needed to have my children seen. Just to be treated like dirt. Not sure you are aware but Customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for the customer is what people look for in a Business ..I asked to speak to Mgr which was told you all didnt have, asked to speak to Dentist and to relay issues..NO ONE called ..Guess ya'll have more Business then ya'll can handle! Good Luck to ya'll. I am In Customer service and I always help whom ever is on that call.

By far worst dentist I have ever been too... My kids said they hurt them and didn't listen to them!! Front desk worker very rude!! Found a much better and nicer dentist right up the road!!!

They are way way OVER priced on there dentures. You can get the same quality of denture for a quarter of the price and even possibly better service.
