Mr. Cox runs a great shop. When the guy who hit me was found liable, Mr. Cox worked with his insurance company to get and install all of the necessary parts/repairs and he did so in a timely manner. He was always available to take my calls and answer questions, and my truck truly looks as good as new. Every other shop I called told me it would be months before they could get me in, Mr. Cox got me in immediately and started on it within a week. I highly recommend

I could not recommend a better place to take any classic car to. I actually worked closely with Bobby to surprise my husband with his restored mustang on his birthday. Bobby offered to drive it and park it at a restaurants my husband was at (I can't drive a stick). We ended up coordinating with his best friend to pick up the car from Bobby instead.

Bobby made custom flares for my husband's 66 mustang, on top of restoring the back tail light and fender after it was hit. My husband could not stop talking about the quality and attention to detail Bobby gave to his mustang. Bobby also finished his work with a premier paint job. The car is now going to be racing and on display at the Chattanooga Motor Car Festival! It was a pleasure working with Bobby to coordinate my husbands surprise and hearing how much my hubs enjoyed working with Cox Autobody.

We had such a great experience at Cox Auto Body. He was able to fix my car within a couple of weeks after everywhere else quoted me a 4 month turn around time. When I picked mine up, I was very satisfied with the work done! We dropped my husbands truck off the same day that I picked mine up and was mostly satisfied with his as well. On the day that we picked his up, I dropped mine off again because someone else hit me. I'm confident that we will be happy with his work this time as well.

My Rouge that had damage to the back bumper was finished in record time! Mr Cox was honest, kind and communication was excellent! Will only use him if I need this type of service again!

Best body shop service EVER! 100% PERFECT! Everything meticulously done with care and attention to details, no flaws, no cut corners, no lies, no delay. They did an awesome restoration service in my vehicle, inside and out. They removed the seats, dismantled everything, and transformed my old rusted 1989 car into a brandy new one! They even found original parts to replace the old ones. I LOVE IT! My car catches peoples' eyes everywhere so gorgeous it looks now. And they didn't over charge. I couldn't be more satisfied than what I am. Those folks are FANTASTIC!

Cox really went above and Beyond to make my truck new again. They buffed the whole vehicle, fixed the rattle in the driver window and trunk and also touched up the whole vehicle. Great kind people. Will use over and over again
