We established care with dr Pilgrim's practice 6 months ago. We continue to be very impressed with Dr Pilgrim and his staff. Everyone has a great attitude, are very professional and demonstrate a very caring attitude!

Great dentist! He made me a mouthguard I can actually sleep with for HALF the price of my last dentist! My last dentist did not take the time to tweak the mouthguard once it came in, but Dr. Pilgrim spent a good 30 minutes adjusting and making sure it was comfortable. This office is also run very efficiently and all the staff is friendly and cheerful. Definitely recommend.

What an incredible dentist and person. Very good at explaining options. Offered to come in on a day off to accommodate my schedule.

I went for the first time to this practice for a cleaning and full X-rays. I had to bring my baby with me and the whole staff was so kind in helping me watch him and keep him occupied, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. I really appreciated it. The office was pretty and clean. So far my impression of Dr. Pilgrim is a good one, I’ll definitely be back and I’ll probably take my LO when it’s time for him to have his first visit.

I have been going to this man for over 30 years. My first visit was to have my son's baby teeth pulled because of permanent coming in. Dr Pilgrim is wonderful for a child or adult to have as a dentist. I've had lots of work done by him and never been pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. They take Care Credit if you don't have money upfront. I love him and his staff and will continue to be his long time patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Pilgrim since he opened his practice here in Chattanooga Valley. I moved
here over thirty years ago, so that should speak to the level of satisfaction I have experienced with this practice.

The office is beautifully decorated, which makes it a pleasant place to wait for your appointment time. I’m sure that isn’t important for everyone, but I really love that it isn’t a bare bones, sterile, or uncomfortable place to be.

The staff gets a ten out of ten rating as they are both friendly and knowledgeable. Some places you may get one or the other, but not always both.

Dr. Pilgrim is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. One Sunday I had a guest break a tooth and I called the doctor and he met us at his office and prepped my friend’s tooth so that it wouldn’t be painful until they could see their own dentist. My friend’s dentist told them that he had never seen more professional work.

Over the many years I have been seeing Dr. Pilgrim I can honestly say that I have never had a single complaint about either the staff or the level of care I have received.
