I had such a great experience. They even helped me out to my car. Madison was so very helpful and I didn’t catch the other persons name. Tall dark sweet man. I got the cutest leopard gecko! 10/10 recommend going to petco!

I went to Petco for the first time with my new shiba puppy. All the employees were so kind and were really helpful! The day I came in, the nice dog trainer helped me by giving a few tips for how to help my puppy out since he still gets a little scared in public. He was super great and invited me to sign him up for puppy classes! Also, the nice lady at the register was so nice and loved my puppy, and encouraged me to have him socialize with puppies too! I just got stationed here in Louisiana after coming from overseas, so I don't know many people in the area. But the kindness they all showed me was so amazing, I'm totally coming to this store again <3

Everyone there is always so pleasant and very informative and friendly especially with my Roman (red toy poodle)! They also did an amazing job grooming him for the first time!

Great store lots of verities of animals fish, mice, birds, ferrets, and lizards they offer almost anything you would like or need for your pets they also do grooming and training for your dogs.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable on products and services to help you and your pet.

Great pet store. Keep things straight and always in and out quick.

We bought a parakeet from here. The store is very clean and the employees are very helpful. There were a lot of colors to choose from with the parakeets. Also, I'm getting into fish and I have no clue what I'm doing - but they do! So helpful!!

Prices are high and some items are never in stock. The ferrets make it worth shopping here lol.

It was easy to find someone to help me. She gave great advice and helped me select a product and a bowl for it. The checkout man noticed the food was 50% off. Both were helpful, friendly, kind and caring.

Very clean and the staff was real helpful

I normally don't shop at chain pet stores but they have good sales on tanks and fish equipment. I've bought a few betas from there and they were super informative about how much more room they need than what others lead you to believe. The staff seems to care about their animals and for what I've seen, the cages are regularly cleaned.

Really friendly and helpful. When I adopted a kitten they sold me an awesome $50 Star Wars carrying case for $15 because a bird had gotten it dirty. The lady helping me even cleaned it. Can’t tell anything was ever wrong with it at all. Best carrier I’ve ever had.
