People here are nice. Our cashier with over 30 years of experience was very helpful. The is clean and have fresh selections.

My grocery pick-up is always ready on time.

Clean and lots of options. Make sure to ask the checkout people (even the self checkout people) for a store card to get those discounts!

I like this store better than any others in our town since they remodeled and made it a signature store. You can use digital coupons (manf.) and store coupons sent to you through the mail along with the 5 for 5 sale and SAVE $$$$$ !!!!!!!! You save $1.00 on every item that you buy included in this program as well as the coupons you have added. I have saved as much as $100.00 before so its well worth the time it takes to do it!! Never pay full price for anything if you don’t have to!!!! It would be great however if they could update the Alexandria,LA store so that you can use digital payments with your phone wallet and not just Kroger Pay. There are PayPal incentives with Kroger corp. so let’s catch the stores up to the technology that you offer.Thanks

There's a reason Kroger has always been popular here. Because it's better.
Following visit: Kroger always seems to be stocked well unlike, for example, the Neighborhood Walmart I visited for the very first and LAST times.
In the event that Kroger is out of a particular item, it has several others that are essentially equivalent that also run the gamut of the price range.
Following visit: Kroger has friendly and helpful people/employees: another distinguishing feature of the business from others in its class. In fact, it has just dawned on me that it's no small miracle that it has employees who can check out your groceries quickly with other employees who can bag quickly and properly. I think it must have been about ten years between my CHOOSING to get checked out instead of going to self checkout. It would definitely have to be a significantly and thorough good experience for me to opt (ALLOW) for someone to check me out.
Following visit: It should be apparent that a pattern is emerging here. Kroger (and I've alluded to this before) is always fully stocked; alternatively, at a minimum, part of Kroger's stock and inventory is so variegated that IF it happens to be sold out of one item, there are several other items that can be purchased as a substitute. These "substitute items" reflect Kroger's commitment to its customers that they will have something that adequately replaces the original item sought, but the "substitute items" significantly vary from lower to higher prices and, consequently, from lower to higher quality. You can always get something better there than the item you are used to and somewhat rely upon.

Great store with great sales! Make sure to download the Kroger app to take advantage of the digital coupons as well!

I want to thank Ashley for a clove cigarette she gave me. It was her last, and it was during her work shift in the throes of the holidays, and that small gesture was easily the kindest thing that someone else had done for me here in Alexandria, during one of the worst weeks in my life.

Also appreciate the fact that it’s open late (1am), during Covid with everyone else reducing their open hours.

Great grocery choices, fantastic deli, bakery makes fresh items like their in store tortillas. There's also a sushi bar and a Starbucks!

Had a good atmosphere to this store. Employees were friendly, helpful and cheerful. Everything well stacked and organized on isles from what I could see. No queue for the self checkout either. Was out very quickly too despite it being reasonably busy.

I love this grocery store!! They have so many varieties of healthy options available for an excellent price!! Only bad thing is that I wish I lived closer to it!! I love how they make sushi there as well!! And it can even be made to order!! And the fact that there's a Starbucks in the store is a big plus!!! The customer service is also very superb!! I wish I can give this place more than 5 stars!!

I absolutely love Kroger's. They have the best deals for family's but most of all I love that they send you coupons in the mail. The coupons are only of items I purchase from their store. I love that they track your purchases and let you know when your favorite items are on sale. It makes me feel special!!!! Also, the points that allow you to get cents off gas!!! Love it!!!!

Always my favorite grocery store and where I do most of my grocery and household items shopping at! They have great prices on most items! The employees are always friendly and helpful and the store, including the bathrooms are usually clean!

Go so much I know where everything is that I need.

My favorite place to shop! The produce is always fresh, the fruit is always great. I enjoy receiving coupons in the mail for free items and discount items. There is hardly ever a wait in line. Self check out is quick when you are on the go!

I love the location of Kroger because it has a Starbucks in it It's s right here in a convenient shopping Center by party City CiCi's Pizza the list goes on and on plus Kroger has her own gas station
