I don't know what's up with the bad review before me with the lady in the wheelchair, but my experience has been fantastic. I have had extractions and a partial completed by him. Ok, so he has a technique that relieves the pain of shots. I'm telling you, shots to the gums sucks if done by a dentists who doesn't care. I barely felt the shot. Next, he took time coming up with the best plan to fix my teeth. He was not in a rush, he was very professional, I could certainly tell that he takes pride in his profession. He was friendly too. He also took extra time out of his schedule to pull a tooth for me at my upper has, when I was supposed to just be there to have my partials fitted. Again, a sign that this dentist cares about people more than money or the next guy in line. I felt that he wants to do all he can to make my teeth look great. The dental assistant was very knowledgeable and caring as well. The Secretaries are nice too. Dr. Pfeiffer has 40 years experience. The location is pleasant and they play good music.

Dr. Kevin Pfeiffer is the absolute best dentist ever! I really was terrified of dentists to say the least before going to Dr. Kevin Pfeiffer! He not only relieved my fear and extreme anxiety, but he and his staff were amazing throughout the whole process each and every time I came to their office the first few times. I initially believe that I had a cleaning and/or filling. Then I returned for a single extraction. About a year or so later ut was determined that it was necessary for me to have the remaining 6 upper teeth extracted at once! My fear kicked in but as usual Dr. Pfeiffer and his amazing staff eased my fears and made the procedure so quick and easy that all I needed afterward to my amazement was ibuprofen 800 to relieve the pain!! No Narcotics were needed at all!! You can't ask for better than that!! I highly recommend him and his office to anyone and everyone I talk to that is in need of dental work or cleanings of any kind. Do yourself a favor and go see them!! On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a 12!!!

Dr. Pfeiffer is the most AMAZING dentist I've had in my 50 yrs. of life. He'll help you with any situation you have. He'll do things that no other dentist around will do. Other dentists will say to go down the U.K. dentists. He'll do it all. The staff is great. Most companionate dentist and staff you could find.

He is a great dentist. I’ve always had a fear of dentists and he totally made me feel at ease. He pulled all of my upper teeth in one visit and all my bottoms on the next and I felt no pain whatsoever. I really appreciate how much they took care of me

Had filling done Dr. Pfeiffer was great he seems to care about the dental health of his patients. Only thing I wish they would have warned me about the effects of the local anesthesia. It caused my heart to beat faster and I felt some what nervous and anxious. Although the feeling only lasted a minute or two and the assisted explained to me what I was feeling was normal. I would have like to have known before it happened. I think the staff are very friendly, the fee's are responsible and the office over all is GREAT! I plan to continue my dental treatments and care with Dr. Pfeiffer.

I've had fillings and a root canal here, and they went great. Staff was friendly. However, the doctor seemed distracted and carried on a conversation as he operated, which made me feel as if his full attention wasn't on my teeth. Now, the filling and root canal done by him are constantly painful almost a year later. Made an appointment with Dr Pfeiffer. I waited almost 2 weeks for an opening very early in the morning, and when he looked at my teeth, he noted they looked fine and sent me on my way. He told me to come back if they still hurt later. Well, they won't just stop on their own so why would I come back for another dismissal? There are certainly more tests other than simple percussion, to determine if a tooth has an issue. After waiting so long just to be dismissed, I will never return to this dentist. Seemed very rushed and inconsiderate.

Such a disappoint! Dr never even introduced himself! Then they informed me that I would have to make another appointment for a cleaning! Booking next year for cleanings. Felt like the old "Bums Rush!" Seemed like the most important thing was getting my insurance straight. I really wanted to be a patient there, location was great for me to be able to go to dentist in my wheelchair without needing to get a driver. Too BAD!

My visit was quick & easy, even though I was 15 minutes late on a very busy day. Julie was so nice, explained everything, answered all my questions, and gave me a very gentle and thorough teeth cleaning. Thank you, ladies!

I’ve been with this dentist for 2 years now. He had to pull one of my teeth because he claimed he could not do a root canal. I am 32 by the way and have never in my life had teeth problems. I got a second opinion later (after the tooth had completely cracked and I was in so much pain, I finally told him to go ahead and take it). The other dentist told me he could have saved it and it’s a shame that I didn’t come see him sooner. I went in Thursday for pain in my top right section of my tooth (second to the last tooth) just like the other side that was pulled. Same tooth. He claimed to have fixed my problem and filled the tooth back in and said my gums were just irritated. It’s now Sunday and for 2 or 3 days now, every time I drink something cold, I get a sharp pain in it. I still have a toothache. My problem wasn’t fixed and now feels worse then before. I like the location for convience reasons but other then that, my wait time is ridiculous every time I’m there and he doesn’t fix my problems. I now have to find a new dentist!

Horrible office! I missed an appt in 2014 and another in 2018 due to an EMERGENCY C-SECTION!!! So apparently I've missed too many appts and they will not see me anymore. Not that it's a bad thing because their fillings fall out and turn yellow but unfortunately my shotty insurance was taken here.
