They got back with me very fast and sent someone over to give be a free estimate the next day. Chris Daugherty the electrician was here right on time. Did a great job of installing and cleanup all done in one day. Perfect I can highly recommend them.

Chase and Courtney came over and replace my old zinsco panel. They did a really good job made everything straight and neat. They did all the small things and didn't take shortcuts. You can tell it was put together like they would be the ones servicing it in the future.

From my first phone call to the final workday, Potts Electric was outstanding. I purchased an older (1938) house which required serious work and under conditions which were not optimal.

When Courtney arrived I felt certain after speaking with him that the work would be done to the highest standards; he did not let me down. I wholeheartedly recommend Courtney and Potts Electric for ANY work you may need done.

Prompt and thoughtful, Zach arrived to estimate a simple remove and reinstall of a ceiling fixture. After checking out 30 year old system, he recommended the replacement of the main breaker and electrical panel. In this "good news bad news" situation, he negotiated a fair price for the work. Now, the house is up to code and has a new chandelier.
Quick, clean and polite work. We will call Potts for our next electrical upgrade.

Zach did a great job for me. I got a new circuit breaker box and a generator installed. Zach and all of the team were very professional and proficient. They communicated well with me about the job and reviewed everything with me when the job was finished. I feel very confident in their service. I had no idea where to turn when it came to electrical stuff for my first home. I did a quick google search and Potts Electric came up and I’m sure glad they did. From the very first phone call I was greeted by a friendly voice and they were able to get me in their schedule almost the next day. I am SO impressed with how professional and friendly every person was. Kristen at the front desk, Josh, Chase and Shane were absolutely wonderful. They did their work quickly and adequately. I would absolutely recommend them time and time again! Will be going straight to Potts Electric every time I need something done!

Courtney was AMAZING! He saved us! I ended up having to have my electrical box changed out. He had to move his schedule around because we had an emergency situation. He did an incredible job! He explained everything to me in great detail. His work was flawless! He had it up and running in about 5 or 6 hours, and that was with a trip for materials. I can't say enough great things about this company and the professionals who work there! Everyone is a 10 out of 10!

Brandon was great!!! He came out to help me on a weekend. The price was very reasonable considering that fact. He was thorough when evaluating my electrical system (indoors and outdoors), listened to my needs, wasn't pushy and provided me with 3 estimates that covered everything we discussed. They offer financing AND offer "transferable" lifetime warranties which is rare to find. I highly recommend Potts Electric. The owner even got on the phone with me to talk through the estimates and to answer my questions....on a Saturday. Customer for life!

To review our electrical issues we were dealing with in our home. The texts of the technicians arrival with photo and name and tracking of them was fantastic. Our Technician Shane was curtious and professional and helped to ease our fears of what was going on with our outlets after review of our system and provided prompt estimates to consider for the repairs. Greatly appreciate Potts efforts.

We had a lightning strike and called Potts (based on their excellent reviews). Our experience with Potts from start to finish was professional in every way. They came out as promised, provided us with excellent service, checking out the whole house to be sure everything was safe. An electrician was scheduled for just a few days later, and due to a misunderstanding on our part, he waited at our home for over an hour. His gracious understanding and patience were beyond what we deserved. They have our highest recommendation.

Josh, Brandon and Jake have been a great team to work with. We have done four EV installs with them and they wrapped within six hours. They guided us well through the project and explained things in details. Josh was a great sales manager to work with.

The entire team at Potts Electric did an awesome job. From the initial phone call to schedule an estimate to the service being completed was phenomenal.

Courtney initially came out to do the estimate. He was quick when walking through the house but also thorough and ensured that I was going to receive the final result that I was looking for.

I had to reschedule from my initially scheduled date and this was processed quickly via a phone call to Potts Electric.

On the day of the installation, I received a notification that Brandon was on his way. Brandon walked through everything that he had notes on and started working through the list of tasks once the walk through was completed. As this was an all day project, Brandon ensured that he communicated with me throughout the day.

Chase arrived later in the day to assist with some of the tasks and provided the same level of customer service as Brandon. Chase and Brandon completed some of the tasks simultaneously to make the best usage of the time they had at my home.

Overall, everyone was friendly, efficient, and awesome to work with. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

One of my bedroom switch breaker tripped due to the water dripping in the main panel. I called Potts Electric and they sent Chase on the same day to look at issue. He identified the problem caused by the outside panel was not properly sealed causing the water to enter the main panel. He fixed it and suggested to change the main panel because of the water damage and the age of the panel (18 years). He properly explained and recommended few options for me. Once I decided with the option given, he scheduled the appointment and came to replace the panel on the cold day which I appreciated. He did a great job replacing the panel and done it pretty quick too. He was being transparent about smoke detectors do not need to be replaced and deducted the cost. He ensure to clean up after work and very professional. I’m happy with the service provided by Chase and Potts Electric. Highly recommended!.

I was unhappy with potts and not willing to recommend them. So many things were left undone or done wtong. Shane came out a month ago to fix them but he didn't seem to care and didn't fix everything. I wasn't expecting Luke to do any better. Not only did he meet my expectations but he exceeded them. I am now completely happy with potts and would recommend them because of Luke.
