Nikki, our front desk associate was the absolute most helpful and sweetest front desk person I’ve ever had. Regardless of hotel standards she will be the reason I come back here. Rooms are clean and location is good but she is hands down the sole reason to keep coming back. Her friendly and positive attitude was so welcoming and positive that I could not imagine coming back to a hotel in the Florence area that isn’t here:

I stayed there for several days and I was so very impressed by how welcoming the staff was. Every area of the entire property was clean and smelled fresh. The girl that cleaned the rooms did such a thorough job. The rooms were so comfortable and clean with clean bedding and floors. They had a wonderful hot breakfast with just about anything one would want. They had fresh coffee always. When I checked out the staff thanked me for staying and welcomed me back anytime which places would welcome me back because I would be bringing business but this staff actually took the time to say those words to me. They were very personable and so friendly. It was really just like staying with friends! Thank you all so much for such a wonderful stay

Great place to stay while traveling with our dog. $20 fee for dog but it was worth it. Everyone we met on staff was very welcome and helpful. Nice room, comfy beds and nice continental breakfast. Lots of fast food places close by too. Close to 75 so we didn’t add any travel time to our trip. We’d stay again!!

Great stay! Spacious room in a convenient location. It was quiet the night we stayed. My only complain is a shady looking bathroom but it was in working order :) Drew Panchal made check in and check out pleasurable. Recommend!

Always so helpful and Attentive. Rooms are always very neat and orderly. Clean. Anytime anything is needed always very quick to meet your needs as quickly as possible. Drew is an exceptional "host". Very close to shopping centers and restaurants. Gas station. Everything is within walking distance and also on a bus line.

My second time to this hotel, all because of one super, exceptional customer service, way beyond excellent hospitality I got from NIKI at the receptionist. She adds value to this place to all customers. I have traveled round the world but hers is different. When you arrive here talking to her you will know immediately she is A5 🌠.

Nice location. Quite and partially tucked away but still in the heart of everything. Great staff. Very well managed and maintained. Property is very well kept both inside and outside. I'll recommend.

Getting to the location was a little tricky for me but manageable even with a 48ft trailer behind me, but they do have adequate parking. Rooms were clean and the staff is very friendly. And they had a good breakfast with hot and cold options. Would stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Such as, restaurants with a variety of cuisines in the area, entertainment for kids and adults, including malls, parks, and gaming centers. There are many convenience/grocery stores, and the hotel is close to the airport. This hotel is also pet friendly and offers a continental breakfast. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I will definitely return.

Very clean, affordable, conveniently located and safe feeling place. Friendly, helpful staff, like Drew at the front desk with the great big smile - a very nice young man. There's a small gym/laundry room and a guest computer available in the coffee area. Best hotel coffee I've ever had, and the hot breakfast will start your day off right. There's cool artwork in the lobby area, too, and accent walls and stylish lamps that make the rooms feel more homey. We'll definitely stay again and I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting a nice stay at a nice price!

This hotel is the cleanest nicest hotel I've stayed in in a while. Very comfortable very well maintained. Awesome for the price. I definitely recommend coming here.

Stopped by here for the night while driving to Cincinnati the front desk took care of me right away. Check in was a breeze and the room was clean and comfortable. Woke up to a nice full hot continental breakfast had some eggs, waffles, sausage, and a muffin. Took some coffee and hit the road again thanks for the great stay. Will definitely be back.

This hotel is by far one of the better ones in Florence. It’s very clean and the staff is super friendly. I will recommend SUreStay to anyone visiting Florence.

This was a great stay at a decent price. Not sure about the other inaccurate reviews for this place. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is amazing as it's included for the price. Staff always friendly and helpful . Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby .
